Has bugs
Used to work fine but from a month or two it just doesn’t open keeps giving errors then somehow opens my account then takes ages to load and now it doesn’t even load. It’s just getting worse and worse. So bad
Reliable and Fast
It may not have all the features like the international brokerage Apps, but it does work all the time and it stays connected for few hours I think it is the best app within the local UAE brokerages

I am using this app for trading and i find this app is user friendly and very good UI
Outdated
There is no filter or sorting for “Unrealized Gains”. There is no “unrealized % “ column, which is required in basic concept of trading. I am very disappointed from this in-house developer. A bank with such large investment arm, that does not want to invest and recruit better developers, is a complete flop. Im not sure what head management and quality control are doing. Emirates NBD should have the best app interface in the middle-east. But instead they decide to buy an outdated interface and scale up profits.
Login issue
It’s almost 2 weeks I am not able to login. I don’t receive OTP at all. I am currently outside country and missed some buy/sell opportunity during this time. Even complaining through website portal didn’t help. I am not able to login thru website too! Please resolve
ADD FACE LOCK LOGIN
This app is really slow however atleast enable auto-login thru face recognition/ face lock. We are not in early 2000 anymore/ Thank you.

Where can I find the limit order history like in the previous version of the eBroker app?

Very poor user interface
My User Experience Rating (1-5): 1- very poor “I started using this trading application today. Based on my prior experience with other trading apps, I find this one to be among the worst platforms. It lacks: • Enhanced charts for technical analysis. • Detailed stock information. The user interface is very poor and unresponsive, with frequent lags.” Suggested Improvements: Add advanced charting tools. Provide detailed stock information and insights. Improve user interface design. Fix lagging issues and optimize performance.
Not worth it
Application is very hard to log in. I think no one is using it and have to call the broker just to avoid frustrations and slowness.
Easy and secure app to trade on DFM
I used over a year, and there is no issue at all, very convenient and easy app to trade on the Dubai Financial Market.
An extreme makeover is required
This app simply doesn’t make sense. The watch list doesn’t work, trading is very backward and confusing, user interface is from another decade, and portfolio view is depressing. This app is an absolute disappointment
Very disappointing
The app does not update the watchlist in real time and does not show the current market position. Considering it is a trading app it should run in real time in sync with the market data. Developer team needs to up their game considering emirates securities is one of the oldest player in the market.

The app interfaces is better than the old although I can’t access my account because almost every time the app stuck on username and password screen
App and call center
Never use this app because if you have any trouble happens the call center will never pick up your calls I called them more than 10 times and waited every time more than 25 minutes No one answered So take care
Worst security services ever
I am trying to get in touch with them since past one month but no luck . Whether it’s email or phone call or any other manner they are not available.
can only trade dubai market and no response from call center
This is a useless trading app which we can only buy and sell from dubi financial market. We cant buy or sell UAE stocks rather than dubai stocks. The call center is useless they dont even anser to the calls. I have tried to call multiple times and one time i even waited for 15 minutes. I lost so much money calling them. But no answer.
Application still not friendly
Please update the application with bug fixes and improvements to make it more user-friendly and easier to use.
Worst user interface
This app has one of the top notch worst user interface in entire UAE. It never allow us to buy/sell any stocks at limit order and sometimes gets stuck. I prefer over the phone brokers and some are way better that this crap app.
