This app has exponentially increased my interest in investing it’s also so easy to use
Not working on iPhone
The App is not working on iPhone nor its showing any update ? The screens freeze, buttons like deposit is not working and there is no withdraw button it self.Plz fix ASAP.
Account not opening
From past 1week i was trying to open just open and see but it’s not opening the app and i called to customer care they are saying we informed to technical team but wat is the reason they are not saying still waiting i think weekend will come
Stuck
The app is currently stuck I can’t do anything on it when i open it I can’t press anything
Very slow
After the latest update for the application, to load to the full charts of any securities are very slow, it takes a minimum of 6 minutes to load which leads to a late attempt to any securities!!!!!!!!
The new update is great
I love the new update. The trade screen is more accessible and I like the idea of all options being available in one place. The new portfolio design is also good, I always got confused between account and portfolio options. I’m glad that you combined them.

Good
Easy to use. A little slow when loading stock info or charts specially on mobile data and the chart is a little difficult to use. It doesn’t show all my history as well. Customer service is responsive. I use iVestor card so no commission there when depositing or withdrawing. Don’t use credit card as they stated there’s a deposit fee using credit card. Overall good experience but these were things that can be improved.
Application stucks
The app stopes working suddenly and this happened alot which will make you loss trades

Without stop loss feature investment is very risky

Cant log in
I spent hours trying to log in. Everytime i reset the password the new one doesn’t work. Their call center is an AI and no human interaction. Very disappointing
Great user interface
Th Only thing this app is Missing is a “Stop” Order.
Not able to launch
Most the time thai app doesn’t launch, I have been facing this issue for last 1 month. It just keeps on buffering.

Great look, poor functionality + high fees
Two stars for the look Overall functionality poor. 1- Takes 3-5 business days to transfer money into the account 2- takes 2 business days to settle stock selling (I.e., the amount of time for your selling to reflect as cash) 3- take 3-5 business days to transfer your money out of the account High fees. 1- They take a cut when you transfer cash into the trading account (have not seen this before in any other trading app) 2- very high commission fees when trading
Does the job
Pretty good. Easy to use and to trade. Graphic, charts and usability are a little basic. More insight could be good. Assuming all of these things will come. For now I’m happy and would recommend.

First use of the app won’t let me create my own password. When I try to create a new password and press continue won’t do anything please check it out. Thank you.
Good app but!!!
The app is very good to give you overall information about shares. Customer service responses quickly. However, after one week of using it, I couldn’t login.. I’m facing issues for 10 days now and customer service asked me to wait!!! I’m using I phone 15 pro and it seems the app doesn’t work properly on some versions of I phone because I can open it on different I phone!!!
Easy to use
The app is easy to use, I am using this app since almost a year now. I have seen significant improvements since I signed up. It allows trading with both Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets.

Very high broker fees
If you are a trader, try avoiding this application, their commission and broker charges are highest in the market and the processing takes time. 3days for transaction
