The worst trading application, I always face an issue and for 1 couldn’t start a trading , with bad customer service who will never reply to calls and emails.

Too complicated
I put in money but I wasn’t able to buy any stocks, and I wasn’t able to take back the money, I’ve sent multiple emails nobody responded back, they wasted my time and money, I still have money on that app that I can’t take back but I also can’t buy any stocks👎🏻

Yeah I’m done with this app I’m cashing in and have moved on to something much better. 50% of the time whenever I use this trading platform I have to face a technical issue sometimes I can’t login, sometimes I can’t trade it’s always something and then after that I have to call them and remind them that they have an app to run you will usually have to wait 5 hours to sometimes a day in which they finally resolve an issue, I do not recommend this app at all and it’s even worse that they have the audacity to charge you up to 30dhs for a trade in us stocks!!

Latest update is stuck on onboarding for existing active customer’s account
With the latest update of the application Version 2.9.0 there are issues when logging into the account. Upon logging in to my account, (already a customer with no charges in my information or status), it asks me to onboard and all information is filled and filed successfully. The account value at the top is showing, but the portfolio is empty, and says start trading. On another occasion, it took me to a screen to apply for trading in international ( US ) market, even though this is already activated before and showing active in the settings. When I restart the app (more than 10 times on different occasions), it takes me again to the on boarding screen, this is happening each and every time I am logging into the account again and again with same issues (on both iPhone and iPad). Only on one occasion it showed my holdings, and then disappeared after I went to another screen and then returned back to portfolio.

Amazing
I have been trading on this app for a while now and the user experience has been excellent and the fundamental and technical research released daily is a huge differentiator compared to other apps I have used, really helps you navigate your way through the markets
Worst experience
Stuck at loading screen. No feedback from customer service. Deposited amount reflected after 2 months and missed eIPO. Anyone can tell me how to complain to authorities.
Efficient and User friendly
What I like about Al Ramz trading platform is that it’s highly user friendly and efficient. It offers fast order execution, a broad offer of GCC equities, real time market data as well as robust security measures to ensure user safety. I’m truly happy with it.
Poor logon experience
Trying for more than 5 mins to simply logon and have tried triggering OTP atleast thrice but no luck. Used one OTP which I receive, it threw an error: Unauthorised. They should focus on basics first. Disappointing !
