تطبيق فاشل ما أنصحكم فيه أبدا وخدمة عملاء تعبانه جدا وسويت ايداع عن طريق ابل باي وانخصمت فلوسي من البنك لكن ماتظهر في التطبيق ولي ساعتين أتكلم مع خدمة العملاء يردون بالقطاره كل ربع ساعه يسأل نفس السوال وإجوابة نفس الجواب

I never gave an app review iml, but Ive been consistently trading on here and it never failed tbh, one thing i dont like is the 25$ withdrawal fee but other than that its very consistent with markets and gives u news as well
Bad changes especially viewing lagging after latest update
The last update is horrible the viewing of stocks are bad it use to be way smoother having everything in one page , the text is small and the amounts of today and all income or loss is horrible and lags
Easy to use but…
App is easy to use and understand. But their referral program and process is bogus. Don’t bother to refer people they won’t give you anything. Very deceiving.

للاسف خدمة العملاء جدا جدا سيئة رغم اني عميل قديم لكن مستوى خدمة العملاء كانت اقل من المستوى المأمول لذالك سوف انقل محفظتي لمنصه اخرى

للأسف لم أعد اتعامل معه كان بدون رسوم واصبح برسوم وليس فيه تطوير انتقلت لمنصات أخرى منها أجنبية دون رسوم على الاسهم فقط الرسوم على العقود

اشتركت معهم منذ بدء التطبيق و كانت العمليات مجانية أما الآن برسوم مرتفعة او بإشتراك مدفوع.. التطبيق في البداية استخدامه صعب و لكن خدمة العملاء عندهم رائعة!

Great UX, bad fees
I’d love to use Baraka more, but $25 for withdraw fee? No thanks. For me the competitor is worth more. The features of Baraka are mot worth the fees. If they change this, I might consider moving my investments to them. Their UI looks very good!

This is a wonderful trading app situated in Middle East, this trading app really easy to use & the user interface is absolutely stunning, I was hoping to invest and trade, but what turned me off is the withdrawal fees, it’s much higher than the other trading platforms. 25$ just for withdrawal is really a lot. So I’m hoping to see some changes in future. Baraka team proving to have many potentials, I wish their team all the best.

Still slow and bugs remained unresolved since long time
It is still extremely slow or unresponsive during the first hour of market open, making it nearly impossible to place trades. Additionally, when I try to buy a stock, the app shows the wrong menu which i have already shared via WhatsApp to Baraka support, but the auto response is your typical to respond. These problems have been ongoing and are affecting my trading experience. I am seriously considering moving to another, more reliable platform.
