At the moment, Zad has been improving a lot, and they are using precise and advanced technology to help make every process easy and simple. When you go to a stock and scroll down they have a section called "Wall Street Analysis", they worked hard to provide a correct and presise analysis. Ultimately, this company is great and proffesional for users who like to trade stocks, learn about trading, and more.

A Paid Brokerage That Fails at the Basics.
It is embarrassing that ZAD charges customers subscription fees for “premium” features while also taking commission on every trade, yet still provides outdated and inconsistent information. Locking live after-hours prices behind a paywall is already frustrating, but the bigger issue is that both your Stats and Analysis sections are unreliable and not properly updated. The Stats section displays outdated or inconsistent figures such as P/E ratios, market capitalizations, earnings growth, and other financial metrics. Meanwhile, the Analysis section fails to promptly update price targets and Buy, Sell, or Hold ratings issued by financial institutions and analyst firms. Your app appears to combine live share prices with stale fundamental statistics and outdated analyst recommendations. This can actively mislead customers who are making real investment decisions with real money. It is also impossible to fund an account outside your working hours, which defeats the purpose of offering access to international markets that operate on a completely different schedule. If an investment opportunity arises after your working hours and a customer needs to fund their account immediately, they are simply forced to miss it because deposits cannot be processed. A modern brokerage should not restrict customers to office hours when the markets themselves do not operate according to those hours. If you are going to charge customers for market data, statistics, and analysis while also collecting commissions on every trade, then maintain these services properly and provide a funding system that actually matches the markets you offer. A brokerage handling people’s money should not require customers to use external sources just to verify whether the basic statistics and analyst recommendations displayed in its own app are accurate—or cause them to miss investment opportunities because funding is unavailable outside office hours. This is careless, embarrassing, and far below the standard expected from a paid investment platform.

Not 5 stars because of it. For small investors, a $3 commission per trade is somewhat high.
Insane currency conversion fees
Please add trailing stop loss function. Also the fees of converting currencies are insanely disgusting

Need iPad version
I want thank the ZAD team. for now I’m using only this app because it’s easy to use and give me the sharia stocks. Will be better if we got ipad version. Thank you again zad team.
Account creation issues
I tried to create an account on the platform several times, but I couldn’t because of issues with the ID verification section. It keeps showing me an error on the instructions page when I press continue. I don’t think it is a trusted platform to put my money in, so I might face bugs and errors if I need to buy or sell stocks.
Great app
The application is very easy to use. It made stocks really easy. One recommendation: we need an iPad version instead of using the mobile app on an iPad

الاصدار كان القديم يخليك تشوف كمية اسهمك بكل شركه بمجرد دخولك الى المحفظة. الحين لما تدخل المحفظة مكتوب فيها "كمية الاسهم" فقط. وماراح تعرف كمية اسهمك للشركه الوحده الا عقب ما تدش على الشركه وهالشيء ينرفز. ردو الاصدار السابق.

This app is great, but the only reason i gave him 4 stars is that it doesn’t have Apple pay to the gcc and whenever u want to deposit some money it will deduct almost 30% of it

It’s seen better days
I was very much in favour of using this app when I was first introduced to it 2 years ago. Setting up was very streamlined and swift. It was great back then. But greed of course, like with many firms around these parts, took the front seat when they put real-time pricing behind a subscription paywall. You guys already charge transaction fees buying/selling and you’re already the largest fintech app in the region so your trade base is already high. Isn’t that already enough?? Also the app has numerous visual bugs with elements overlapping when scrolling and inexcusable bugs like 52 Week Low showing twice with the low AND high price. Should be fixed asap. Also transaction times are very very slow (over 3 days just to make a deposit). I can make transfers from NBK to foreign accounts on the same day worst case scenario the very next day. Get it together please.

البرنامج جدا ممتاز للتداول بس يعيبة ثلاث اشياء: ١- بطئ عملية ايداع الاموال ( من يومين الى ثلاث ايام) ٢- بطئ عملية سحب الاموال ( من يومين الى ثلاث ايام) ٣- وجود تعليقه او تاخر في البرنامج عند افتتاح السوق عدًا النقاط الثلاث ، البرنامج جدا ممتاز ويكفي ان البرنامج مرخص وقانوني من هيئة اسواق المال الكويتية.
Commission fees
Everything is perfect except for the commission fees too expensive and not needed. If you are looking for day trading it wont work in this app since the commission fees for buying or selling is $3. Hope they lower it or take $0 commission.

Misinformation
Every time i buy a stock you change the price after i buy it. For example i just bought a stock for 19.49 after i bought it then it says say average entry price is 19.54 mind you Ive never bought the stock before its not the first time this happens. Also misinformation about the dividends its almost never accurate. Its needs an update asap because the greediness is unbelievable

Very useful and smart application. It made it easy to access the global markets. It even made it easier by introducing ROBO tool. You can relax and watch your money being invested for you according to your chosen preferences during registration.
Bad app
I don’t recommend anyone using this app since they over charge you for almost anything and everything! There are many apps that can offer the same with no fees. I hope you guys don’t add your money here ! Find somewhere else. You can’t sell your stock that you own if you don’t have a cash balance because they want to charge you before selling! And you might miss a great value to sell like what happened to me and can’t get the money unless business days !

عند الدخول إلى البرنامج يتطلب إدخال رقم الهاتف والرقم السري في كل مرة مع العلم أنه تم تفعيل خدمة الدخول من خلال بصمة الوجة. لكن يتطلب تسجيل الدخول كل مرة فما الهدف من تفعيل البصمة! يرجى الاخذ بعين الاعتبار هذي الميزة وتحديث البرنامج شكرا لجهودكم

Still needs some work
Giving it 3 starts for 3 main reasons, for now. 1) charts do not update in real time, takes about 30mins to update. This is very bad. Price updates are also delayed. For example, on Zad Nvidia is $627 right now, however on other apps, it’s $616 right now. Zad does not update prices in real time, nor does it update for after hours trading. Leaving you in shock with a $18slump. Think about it as playing an online game, imagine playing online with 300ms ping? Yea, latency/response time and speeds in stock trading is as immensely as important in gaming. 2) lot commission, for short-term trades $3 per lot is too much. Because in short term a stock is highly unlikely to jump $20 to make it a 70/30 split in our favor, whereas a $10 gain is 60/40 split in Zad’s favor. This makes it hard to get out in short term when bears comes out but is good enough when the margin is higher than $20. 3) Buy/Sell volume indicator, can’t tell whether a stock is bearish or rallying until after it drops/gains for more than $20 and up, coupled with delay in charts, it’s nearly impossible to tell whether a stock is rallying, crashing, hitting resistance, or just fluctuating. 4) minimum deposit of 35kwd is great, but minimum withdrawal of 47kwd is very bad. Minimum deposit and withdrawal must equal each other at minimum. Reason being is when trying to take money out, you are forced to deposit then withdraw, which result in a loss in currency conversion.
