I had a great experience with this bank. The service was fast, professional, and efficient. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and respectful, and they made everything easy and smooth. Very misleading - locked account. Money stolen.
You need to have an existing bank account, or else you can never deposit into your Weyay Account. Also they randomly closed my account and took my money?!? I highly do not recommend weyay or any NBK related product.

تطبيق جميل لكن هناك خطأ يمنعني من إكمال إجراءات توصيل البطاقة البلاستيكية تحديدا عند تحديد الموعد يعطي خطأ تقني ويمنعني من الوصول الى حسابي

Not for older than 25 years
I selected for the age group 25 and above, but can’t authenticate my mobile Id, called customer service, they said its only for students upto age 25, so remove other options 😏😏

I love this bank a lot but recently it has updated and it requires iOS 17 you should also keep in mind that this is a youth bank not everyone will have upto dated phone we are students and we get minimum wages please keep this mind and make some changes so that we can also use this app

لو تخففون من تعليقات البرنامج ويصير استيعابه سريع مثل برنامجNBKيكون وايد احسن وافضل ووعد راح يصير الاوائل على البرامج كلهم

Hello there! , So i have been using this great app for about two years and up until the month or so the app required an ios 16 device to operate Which my iPhone does not support, i have money in that account and it Is a very unfortunate situation. Thanks

Bad experience and no support
Let me tell you… they are not what they advertise to be. I’ve had the worst experience in what is called digital banking, i can’t even do any transactions and I regret opening it in here.

You can’t delete your account
There is no option to delete/close my account, and I have to go through a bothersome process of phone calls. Also, if I'm not mistaken, this is against Apple’s policy, which requires every app to have an option for account deletion.

Good bank. Weird app.
Too many updates. Every time I open the app it asks to update to the new version. Feels unprofessional for a bank to keep updating an app this much.

What’s wrong with this app?
The app is literally not working Everytime I try to long in it says there’s an error in the system ?? How’s this considered a bank account if the app isn’t even working and even the website isn’t working, I tried multiple time and I even redownloaded the app but nothing worked
