Even if you keep updating your password as it’s appearing when you are trying to login,, same issue reappears again and again after few days !!!!
Cannot authenticate kuwait mobile id through app
Tried many times to update KYC through ABK application . But when I login to the ABK APP it again asks for KYC updation.

The new app is great i just hope u add i can partial pay the loan through the app
Finally App is fixed
Finally, the app is working properly. I was unable to use it on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I couldn’t redeem my loyalty points at all. I contacted customer support and sent an email, but unfortunately there was no follow-up or response. I’m glad the bug has been fixed, but I’m disappointed with the customer service experience.

I think the previous one more better than this one I want to ask why it’s color is black it always gives me negative energy I think it is complicated and it has more options I hope I don’t disturb you with my opinion

App Not working since more than 3 months
I am unable to log in through app as in password letter case typing is not working since more than three month its happening to me first time although i using app and abk services since nine years please fix the issue as most of people or out of kuwait due to covid 19 pandemic

Worst Bank Application
Literally the most outdated bank application ever, the UI is so bad and old, I never receive any notifications about any deposits or withdrawals that happen on my accounts, and the app is always glitchy
not open due to new upadate
i am not open this app due to new update for this app. notifications is new feature update then when i update full downloading and last to notifications is reload again. means ite fail to start. give the solution

Version 4.2.5 is broken. Stuck on the logging-in stage. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no change. This bank can do better!

لو سمحت التطبيق يحتاج تحديث بالنسبه للاستفسار عن العمليات ما اقدر ادخل علي هذا الخيار اذا دخلت يقعد يحمل ويظهر رساله النظام قيد الصيانه الرجاء تحديث قريب لها وشكرا

When am outside Kuwait I can’t login via the app unless I use VPN. Now after last update I can’t login when I use VPN and I can log in normal. Every time there is an issue.

I don’t know what to say; you guys don’t have a good website neither you have a good app. The app and the website look like a kid who was trying to develop a scratch game. You guys don’t even have the Apple Pay feature yet! All the other banks in Kuwait had it on day one. The app looks from the 70s and the website is just an absolute joke. Please improve your UI and hire a different development staff if you can’t do any of the modern UI’s or even design a modern website. Please don’t respond to me and tell me to call someone because at this point, you guys are a joke when it comes to development.
