Slow response
The app is good for money transfer the issue is slow process and some time transaction fails and still deducted the money from the bank also call center is not responding neither what’s up support

عند الضغظ على أنشاء حساب جديد ، أحط رقمي المدني ورقم التليفون ويقولي غلط ولازم تحديد مشكله صارلها فتره طويله!

للاسف نزل المستوى
للاسف البرنامج اصبح بطيئ وأصبح الاتصال بالمزيني للصرافة صعب جدا او شبه مستحيل خاصة اذا واجهتك مشكلة. للاسف لابد العودة للنظام السابق مرونه وسهولة البرنامج وسهولة التواصل مع موظفين الصرافة . وشكرا

The app is not stable… full of bugs…. Can not even add OTP to add a new beneficiary.

التطبيق ممتاز ؛ بس له اسبوع اذا سويت تسجيل دخول بعد الاسئلة يفصل ويطلعني برا التطبيق فجأة؛ حذفته وحملته من جديد نفس المشكله

غير سلس وغير مرتب
صار فيه تغير في الصفحه اللي اسوي منها اعادة تحويل راتب الخدم واتبع الخطوات ويفشل التحويل !! عنيتونا المحل.

Very bad application, very slow and it takes alot of time to load. Customer service is bad, they want us to use the application yet it’s very horrible. Please fix it. Learn from Al mulla.
