We hope found video call at app because some times coustmer service don’t give you any help at phone and must go to any branch

The app it self is very excellent and easy to use. I wish they add 2 new features: 1- add Apple Pay payment option. 2- add nick names for the beneficiaries since some names are similar for my case and I got confused sometimes. Thanks

Fix the phone number bug
After last update when i enter the phone number of the recipient, the app ask to enter the international code of the country. When I do this, there is not enough space to enter the whole number ?? Fix it

This exchange is not recommended because of the delay. When other apps takes 5 to 10 mins. They need 10 hours or even more.

After The last update when i open the history the app crashes and close To solve this you need to logout and login again Or remove the application then install it again then it will work

Dear almulla team, the app is very good and helpful but the drawback point for it is that the app update comes in very short period and it is forced type. Sometimes we are in urgent need but it will not open until you update. Please fix it for better review.

No support at all, email? No reply, WhatsApp? Please visit branch. Branch? We will send email. Call center? Try to call you will be on hold for at least 20 minutes. And forced you to press 9 for calling you back WHOCH IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

No need security question once face lock open
I have one Suggestion for you can you update your application when you unlock by face no need to answer the security question on transaction. It’s already approved face or thumb deduction. same like other banks in kuwait.
