تطبيق سيء جدا وخدمة عملاء اسوء واتساب لايرد ابدا ومكالمه دائما خدمة العملاء مشغول انا اكثر من مره تسحب فلوس من حسابي ولا احد يرد علي او يحل لي المشكله لا انصح فيه نهائيا فيه اكثر من خيار اخر ممكن ان تذهب له
Apple wallet
Overall experience is really good Easy and convenient But you should add apple wallet support for the card That’s the one thing I feel not good Apple wallet support will really make it more easier for users
App performance is not upto the mark
It’s been 3 months since I am using this app but one problem which was there since the beginning has not been resolved yet. It is the login issue. For login I am using face recognition by which the app supposed to be logged me in but it’s not happening. I have to scan my face again and again and upon doing this repeatedly the popup shows me that I am already logged in though I am still on the same screen. I have to close the app multiple times to login successfully. Even the Sidi card is not supported for the apple wallet.

Worst banking app ever always there is problems always not working and the call center is so bad that you have to call them 23 times and they will not pickup

Application is always crashing
The application is always crashing,it's really annoying.It says "already log in"even if i am not logging yet.Hope they can solve this issue.
Bank statements aren’t downloadable
I’m actually a user of this app. The older version is allowing me to download the bank statements with bank e-stamped documents, now i got to update this app, the option is no longer available. Please do something about it and ill be happier using this app. That small things like that are so helpful and meaningful to me.
