Require face scan without consent
Try to log in using new phone, shocked after verification via Kuwait ID now it’s require to scan your face to verify, even though I never scanned my face or agreed to use my face as an security feature to log in (not talking about Face ID). I assume they scanned all customers faces in their system without any consent.

كنتم روّاد، لكنكم لم تعودوا إلى الآن. ولعدة أسباب ، أهمها الإدارة لا تهتم بالعملاء، وكذلك لا تستشعروا ما يريده العميل، حتى أذكر أنني قدمت اقتراح مفيد لي ولغيري من عملاء البنك ، وعلى الرغم من إشادتكم حينها، إلا أنه لم يتحقق حتى هذه اللحظة. وعن جد سأنتهز أول فرصة للتحويل لبنك يحقق متطلباتي وطموحاتي. وبالتوفيق .

Worst customer experience in a banking app
Honestly they keep ruining the app , the app lags a lot is extremely slow… should bench mark with other banks locally because this is unacceptabl !

Nice app once you figure out that you cannot activate it using an iPad alone. Open the app, get a registration number. Go to Watani online and use your registration number to get an activation code. Go back to the app and...... Oh, it has generated a new registration number. Your activation code won't work.... You need to open the app on your iPad, keep it open, get the registration number, go to your PC, open Watani online, get your activation code, return to your iPad, enter the code. Be simpler if it didn't generate a new registration every time you open it, surely?!

Worst Application
If you want regular down time and “maintenance” where services completely stop even phone OTP messages then this app wins.
Update issue
Your latest update has an issue when opening the app, sometimes the screen freeze and I can not login via faceID nor using the password

I don’t know why I’m getting charged for sending money abroad more than 5kd now as that was never before so I’m not happy for this

Very good. Just one little thing, please add a box for “additional information” to be used when making transfers between own accounts. I really think this “box” is a must ! Currently, I am frequently logging to online on the website just for this “box” !!! Thank you

App crashes with latest update
I could access the app up until this last update. Now it crashes before I can even open it. Please fix this ASAP. People need access to their accounts during quarantine.
Why iOS 13 minimum requirements?
Hello developers I am not able to download new update due to ask iOS 13 version minimum requirement. But I am using iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 ,max update of iOS 12.5.5 on onwards only safely update from iPhone. I have no problem with my phone. Hopefully you develop your bank application for all. That’s why update according.

This time the latest update has a bug. The app on login asks you to update the version even though you have just updated and have the latest version. The app often crashes due to internal or server errors. Needs more testing but the facilities it offers are better than an ATM not as good as going online!

We have face recognition and Touch ID available, which is very secure on its own, why the hell would you change the login process to include more questions and writing. App developers try to make it easier and faster, while you fall back with every update.
Thank for not asking force update....!
It was really annoying when urgently want to check something and then asking for update.
