Credit Card Details - No Time Stamp & No Trans Number!!
KIB Mobile Credit Cards transaction details must show the transaction number and the time when the transaction took place. Very poor information is shown that cannot be used for any disputes or refund claims. These data bits must be available in the database. Please populate accordingly to get meaningful information from the App. Thanks

Issue With Opening the App
Good bank with good customer service but There seems to be a bug at the moment when opening the bank’s app the screen gets stuck on a white background with KIB Logo, have to close the app and re-open it few times to fix it. If this gets fixed I’ll up my review to 4 stars.
