I wish I didn’t have to use this app
This app is absolutely terrible. It turns off my Face ID all the time. I have hard time with it on weekends and I know I’m putting in the right password and it says it’s not the right password. I try to restart the password and I can’t use the old passwords. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Fine but why only one payment account?
Really wish you could add more than one bank account to pay your bill each month. I really dislike that I have to re-enter account information every time I want to pay from a different bank!

Redesign the app to the Liquid Glass design language/guidelines.

Customer service
The customer service department is terrible. They can’t understand you and you can’t understand them. Took almost 2 months for me to get a balance transfer completed. One agent told me one thing and another told me something different. Absolutely ridiculous!
App could be better
FNBO card is fine and I haven’t had any issues. Rates are comparable and you get reward points. Their app is ok but could use an upgrade to the user interface and appearance. Small, hard to read print, no color, and payment area is not really intuitive. I always click on the top amount to change the payment amount, but that’s not correct. Needs a much better UX.

Fast processing, easy access, and an excellent payment experience. The credit card payment system is efficient, convenient, and reliable.

It works, very calculator-looking and not exactly brand new user friendly, but it works. Very unappealing layout and no color scheme.

This bank and costal suck
I was supposed to get intrest free if I spent 500 and I didn’t. If my grandma hadn’t just passed away I would’ve have spent anything on this stupid account. Customer service sucks too

My FNBO credit card comes in handy as a financial safety net when my income streams aren’t flowing as usual.
Recommend to me by my bank
I found this card to be a poor choice,,, originally I asked how to build credit since I never had any so started with a 300 dollar secured (which is still my limit 5-6 years later). It served its purpose as a first credit card ,,,, they did eventually after I requested refund my 300 and left it at a 300 dollar limit. I’ve requested higher but no was their answer. Flagstar bank is useless as far as customer service with this card which I expected since they sold it to me. All in all it’s a letdown, limit so low it’s unusable,,, and the flagstar name and going thru a reputable source like my bank was zero advantage. I keep the card because they say don’t close your oldest card….. but id highly recommend to anyone I care about to go a different route.
