Very useful. I use it multiple times every week. I live far from any branch office, so the app is important.
Horrible design
The new design sucks, the user interface changed so that your accounts are hidden behind a sliding menu and it doesn’t show all open accounts at one anymore. Multiple times I have tried to hit the pay bill button, only to be brought to a page that is not the correct transaction page. I reached out to customer service and they told me that they are aware of the bug and their IT is working on it. They have been working on a page redirect but for over 3 months since the update came out just about. Horrible app, horrible quality of life features. Do not use this app until they fix it.

I do not like the new update. Getting into the main page either my accounts is an extra step. Then if I need to transfer money from one account to the next, I have to go find the spot where I can transfer the money to. Then when I need to pay on my credit card, I have to go back into the menu and look for that. The old format, everything was easy to find. It was all on the accounts page. Terrible update. Makes me want to switch banks now.

Update breaks critical functions
After the facelift of the app and addition of a button featuring crypto and stocks I am unable to use the app to pay my auto loan as I was before. The payments page is clearly unfinished and poorly assembled.

I was provided this app link to manage my mortgage loan and payments. I had trouble adding my external checking account via Plaid even though it said it was connected so had to do the micro deposits. After the trouble and delays, I got an error when trying to make my first mortgage payment stating I exceeded transaction limits. Surely, calling FCCU would resolve this. No, called twice and they could not figure it out and instead told me to use an entirely different portal called eStatusConnect to pay, but this requires I manually enter the bank details again each payment. I don’t understand why I have two portals and neither are efficient for a seamless experience.

FCCU
FCCU access is incredibly frustrating. I have had this account for 8 months and I can’t get into it. It took a VP to help me make my first payment, another manager helped me set up automated payments. I need a balance so I can refinance and get away from this CU, but that would entail being on hold for how long? I would not recommend this CU.
