Notifications not working.
Notifications have all but gone. Since making the switch about a year ago this app is trash.
Bad Debit Cards
I really like the bank and the people who work there but I don’t like their debit cards they issue. It’s a Discover debit card and there are places that won’t take it. Please change your debit cards
It’s Time To Switch
It’s extremely embarrassing when you shop or eat out and the sales or waitress says they don’t take Discover card, even if you tell them to run it as credit. Colony bank says call and we will get them to take Discover??? It doesn’t work that way because Discover charges fees to the recipient. My card is up for renewal in February and if we don’t get the new Visa card like the Colony credit card, we will be going to a different bank that doesn’t use Discover. It’s annoying and embarrassing.

“Please refresh and accept disclosure to sign in to the app” I get kicked out of the app and this message pops up every now and again. Help!
App is horrible now
Disclosure messages keeps popping up and you have to delete them re install to look at it . Really needs to fix this problem

Terrible
Won’t give me access to bill pay and Zelle. If I use the transfer feature, it takes days and days for the money to show up in the other bank account. Often decides it doesn’t want to use face i.d. Chat support is unhelpful with bill pay/zelle; they tell me to disable pop up blocker. Which is disabled, but the feature still doesn’t work.
App works great
I wish the transfer section had a brief note section.

Needs to be updated. Has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed
Outside Transfers and mobile deposit
There is no clear way to make a payment on a loan from an outside banking institution. The Mobil deposit has a daily limit! The Mobil deposit is ver tricky. Not impressed so far.

Colony Bank is a great place to bank. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
What has improved
I can’t access my account half the time. Transactions appear and disappear. Can’t access statements on the app. Appears someone sold Colony a bill of goods and customers are paying the price.

Slowest app I’ve ever used.
The app times it’s self out too fast
A lot of times I have do work on different sites online and every time I switch over to the colony site it logs me out... I can stay out of the colony site for 10 sec and I have to log back in
Debit card
I will be happy when y’all change companies for the debit card. There are different businesses that I cannot pay with Discover. So I have to put on a credit card. This is not only inconvenient, it is embarrassing.
Update is terrible
The new update is terrible! I never get notifications as I once had. Yes, I enabled all the settings again. Balance does NOT update in real time! Seems like we’ve went 10 years back in technology but with a new look.

This new update is horrible!!! won’t let me sign in!! saying i have to create new password, tried taking that step and it won’t send the 6 digit code to my email to let me create the new password. the bank in town closes at 4pm which is way to early so i can’t even go by there to fix the problem bc i work til 6pm everyday!! i hate the update! finding a new bank asap

I have been using Colony Bank in Eastman Ga for years!! Wouldn’t change a thing!! The customer service is beyond amazing!!
Update has locked me out of account
My app won’t even let me see my bank account balance bc it keeps saying refresh app and sign disclosure but it doesn’t let me get in to sign it. Waste of time and now I have to go to the bank and fix it which is the point of an app so I don’t have to go to the bank!!!
Great upgrade
App is a wonderful improvement from the previous app. It did take a few days to work out the kinks when transitioning but well worth it. Highly recommend this app!!
Update
What was the purpose of the update if you all was gonna take everything away. . I’ve been banking with the company for over 10 yrs but this update has definitely ruined it for me. Guess I’ll be taking my services else where !!!

Colony idiots not prepared for update. Can’t see accounts for second day in a row because some moron decided to “improve” something that worked fine. Only giving one star because that’s the lowest the app allows me to give.
