Love it
Love the new app and all I can do from it. Took a minute to get use to but so many cool new features. Really love that I can access all my accounts from just one login.
New app is the worst.
The old app was great. The new app is so much less user friendly. Please go back or give us a choice.

Joke of a bank
Bought a car and the dealer went with frontier credit union as the lender. Once I had a chance to look into FCU, I saw that it was rated very low. I am understanding why. Absolutely nothing is easy, everything is overly complicated or poorly designed. It took a phone call and 30min of waiting TO GET MY ACCOUNT NUMBER!!!! Trying to make a payment on the loan, and FCU WILL NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER BETWEEN VERIFIED BANK ACCOUNTS!!! Will NEVER use FCU for ANYTHING, once this loan is paid off. What a joke!!
Old app better
Old app was easier to use and more intuitive. I really miss the quick balance view for credit card amounts.
Since the employees are too big to fit in my pocket, this is a great alternative
There are a lot of good reasons to visit the credit union in person but doing a transaction isn’t one of them now that I have the East Idaho Credit Union mobile app. Clear, easy to use, and reliable! And actually I’ve used this app for years so I can attest to its consistent reliability.
Less than ideal
The previous version of the app was much better. This version is clunky and has already ask for me to decertify my information twice
Time Saver
Amazing app it’s very convenient it access most everything you need. Would be 5 stars ifthey could integrate card control features like ICCU has. Being able to turn on/off cards and be able to select what types of charges are accepted. To add travel plans so the bank doesn’t turn your card off for you when you leave on vacation suspecting that’s it’s fraud which is a great feature but also a huge headache if you are on vacation with no cash.

It is a great app but the mobile deposit isn’t very good. I always have to go into the bank to deposit anything

EICU
I’ve been with EICU for several decades. The new Frontier has been nothing but a big hassle. Not on just one occasion, but several. Time for a change.
Efficient Design...
...makes it a good app for online banking. Would have given it a 5 star, but the camera in the deposit check feature takes lousy pictures. Frequently the deposit request is deleted because the image is blurry. One might think it is the the camera on the device but where other banking apps use the camera with no difficulty the obvious conclusion is that there is a flaw in this function.
Great app
The EICU app is great for its ease of use and makes it super easy to access my accounts when I am on the move.
Bad App, doesn’t work on my iPhone
When I try to sign in on the iPhone it sends me a text, with a 6-digit number which it says to text the number back. Doesn’t work. There is no place to enter the code on the app. So, after a month of trying I give up. Works on my iPad, but not the phone. And I would give it five stars for the iPad app. But the iPhone app just straight up doesn’t work per their instructions.
The best app out there
Out of all apps I have used for my finances this app is definitely the BEST!! Very user friendly and has all the conveniences I need. I love to go in branch to see all the helpful people there but when I can’t this is the best way to get things done.
Where’s the money?!
Transferred from an external account, which shows the funds deducted, but Frontier is still showing no transfer. Real nice. If this was the 1990’s or even the early 2000’s I’d understand the technology issue. It’s 2023! And it’s computerized with nothing but 1’s and 0’s! Get with the times or I’m closing my account.
User friendly!
The best looking and easiest financial app I have ever used! I’m still learning and discovering all the features available on mobile, but I am loving them all so far! I really appreciate how easy it is to make my loan payments and to send money to my family and friends! Awesome app!
Easy Idaho credit union
I tried to put it on my iPhone and it would not work. It comes up from the search and will not install there is no option to do this. Alll. It says is. OPEN I push on it and it takes me straight to my account without a password or any thing. PLEASE DELETE THIS ASAP. LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO. I AM VERY WORRIED. Friday AUG 27. 5 15 pm. Worrisome
East Idaho Mobile app
I don’t know what I would do without my East Idaho CU mobile app. It’s great when you can’t get to a branch, just pull it up do your transfer etc. and it’s done . No worries! Love it!
Remote deposit nightmare
You can get a ring light, a light box, and a $5,000 camera with professional photographer and this app will still tell you the picture of your check is no good and to try again. I can’t link my other bank accounts instead of using remote deposit, so I have to snail mail my car payment like this is 1995.
5 STAR!
I am on this app everyday multiple times and I cannot say enough about how user friendly it is! The layout is great and the overall flow of it helps to make my multiple accounts easy to track and balance!
