I love being able to see my balances all in one place!
ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
I’m not in the best of health right now. I try to get in to check my balance so I cap pay bills. Won’t even begin to open. Then I get dinged for overages when I take the risks using my card!!! I hate the tentacles of the internet and refuse to use any server for my finances. I’ve called into the credit union countless times because of this lousy at best app. So damned tired of this app and it’s continuous failure!!!

Please fix app
This app used to be great, but recently it constantly logs me out and then it will not update once I have spent money for a couple of days sometimes. Please fix this!? Thanks
Great Credit Union
I wouldn’t use the online banking though, takes a week for your check to go through. Kinda pointless to use if you can’t touch your money for a week. I thought online banking was for convenience, but waiting that long for your check cash is not convenient at all.
Apple Pay
I love this bank it has never done me wrong, but pleasssse add Apple Pay support for the debt cards.
Worthless remote deposit
I can not give lower than one star. The remote deposit has never worked for me so I always end up going in and spending even more time trying to resolve it
Delay
I don’t like that the account information takes a few tomes of closing the app and opening it back up to refresh the account balance and recent transactions.

Zero stars
I would give this app zero stars if I could. It’s rare that this app with load past the login page. It’s become a waste of space at this point
Needs Improvement
While this is definitely an improvement from the last version, the mobile deposit needs further work. We should be able to view the photos of the checks fully before depositing - not just the tiny thumbnails. This would allow for the photo to be retaken if blurry or not centered correctly. The auto function did not work either, I needed to use the manual option to take the photos.

Won’t Let Me Register
On screen 1 of 6 I enter my info and it just refreshes to the same screen over and over. This app is garbage.
Functional but leaves desires
The app is functional at a minimum. However, some simple improvements would help. For example, enabling Touch ID for log in would be appropriate and appreciated.

Login is Obnoxious
This app is fine once you get into it. If you are just using it to check your balances on accounts. The problem I have with this app is the login function. I check my accounts very regularly and I have never been locked out of an app so many times in my life. I’ve written my password down every time and then on a whim it will decide it’s not right and then will lock me out. Then you have to call the branch and they will let you back in, so that you can reset the password again (only on the website) then you can get into the app. It’s beyond annoying. I love whitefish credit union but I wish they would put a little more work into the app!
Flathead Banking
Been with them for years, and have seen them grow by leaps and bounds. Best financial institution in the Flathead Valley. They do need to work on business lending, but I am sure they will be up to speed in the near future. They have my backing and confidence.
