Awful website features
The website is not as user friendly. Do not like the new bill pay features. Have to search more to find what you need. Please return to the former format.
In lobby
I sure do miss the way the lobby used to be. Where you actually had a conversation with a person. There’s a lot more mistakes that are made these days with having the tellers not in person. I do not like the new technology and I think a lot of people would agree.

Every time I open this app it ask for a rating even though I’ve already rated, so it’s going to drop every time now
Fix your bugs
Would love to give a better review but ANY time I open the app, it closes out at least 3 times before it actually allows me to open it. Other than that I have zero issues. Says an update was done a month ago, maybe you should push them out more often.

A request
I can’t set up a schedule on my credit card to automatically pay the balance in full on the due date every month. I have to schedule a payment each month for the statement amount on the due date. A small thing. But I can do this on my other credit cards. Fix it, please.
Don’t love the new version
For one, it keeps asking me for a review every couple of minutes. It’s not as sure friendly and has glitches. A few times transfers won’t work.

It does whats expected, could have some easier access to card controls for turning on and off. Its there, just takes more steps than desired.

Fraudulent charges
on August 6, the NFL channel started trying to take money out of my Capital One account. I didn’t notice it until they were successful and taking $401.44 out of my Black Hills account. I never authorized or ordered the NFL channel I called last week to report the fraud and they canceled my card. I called again today which is Monday to find out what was going on and when they were going to put the money back in my account. I was told I never called to report a fraudulent chart and I asked them why they canceled my debit card done and they said because of a fraudulent charge pay back-and-forth and back-and-forth and so now I have to wait another 7-10 days for a refund due to there mistake! Almost a whole month waiting for the only money our family has available!

App is slow to open. Sits on login screen longer than usual for the last 3 weeks.
Crashes constantly
The app is ok when it works. Most of the time it crashes during biometric authentication.

New update is bad news
Last week since the last update it’s been impossible to open the app. It crashes immediately before even loading. I have to log in via the web browser and it makes me recerify via phone call every single time is use the browser version which is super inconvenient when I’m at work. Update: running on three weeks now of app being non functional. Company keeps denying it’s an issue.
Check deposit won’t work
I have tried numerous times to deposit a check on here. When it tells me to rotate my device to take a picture that message is still there and won’t let me take a picture. I went to my dad because we have the same bank. And he went through the same steps I did to deposit a check and the camera pulled up in his phone (Samsung) but I couldn’t even get the camera to pull up on mine (iPhone). It worked just a few months ago and it really pisses me off that it doesn’t work anymore. Y’all really need to keep up to date on this app so that it works for everyone
App crashes on opening
It took me 11 tries to get the app to load in fully. It opens, I can log in but then it crashes and closed the app. 11 times.

Since the most recent update the app crashes when I try to log in. I have to go into the App Store to open it and it still occasionally crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it (had to change my password because it wouldn’t let me log in) and it still crashes.
Great banking app
This is the easiest to use banking app I’ve experienced! There is no fluff, no pop ups asking me to get a credit card. Nothing annoying. The only thing I want is our nicknames for accounts to show up, with multiple children it is difficult to distinguish between their accounts.

Don’t know why, but suddenly forced to change my password and no matter what I type to change it to it doesn’t allow me to thus kicking me out pretty much. Not sure whose genius idea it was to implement that when there wasn’t any reason to but I want you to know if you didn’t want me to use your service just say so instead of wasting days of my time trying to use your app!!
