Just bad
The app is so slow and never works well. Cannot see credit card transactions on app. Takes forever for balances to be updated.
Tap Feature
Everything works good banking app good would be great if they had the tap feature on the debit card. Other than that perfectly good bank and banking app. Would recommend
Could use some upgrades
I opened my 4 children each a savings account. They do not feed into my online banking, making it difficult to do regular deposits into the accounts. I work during bank hrs so the accounts are not being used efficiently
Hard to use
There is a constant reminder for a new message. Guess what, when I go in to check it, you guest it there’s no message. I’ve deleted reinstalled the app 3 times and this glitch still happens. I did a mobile deposit and had to take the pictures 6 times. My last CU was a large one and I never had any issues with their app.

Frustrating Error
I like this app when it works.. at least 1/3 of the time I open this app I get an "Application Error," that says "We are unable to display your information at this time." I'll get it multiple days in a row. I live 6+ hours away, so I can't just drive to the bank. I'm tempted to move to a different bank.
Always Trouble for my accounts to load
Used to work good, now logging in and spinning for 10 Minutes then logs in and after 5 more minutes reloads my account information and never comes up!
Love Valley
Easy to use. Awesome service. Great rates. Love the fact that my money stays local, supports our community and they are not for profit. For folks using banks, open your eyes to Credit Unions especially Valley.
Unusable
Constant application errors, can’t access my account. Tried deleting and reloading app, if anything it made it worse. If I can’t use this app for online banking I may need to find a new bank
Better than expected
This app is much more efficient than I had expected it to be. It is very user friendly and typically works without issue. I will say that I only gave four stars instead of five for depositing issues. Unlike many other banking apps the ease of depositing is not easy at all. It takes multiple attempts for a check to be captured and then uploaded or to allow the picture to be used at all. It is a bit frustrating and for that reason I use other banks to deposit my checks through mobile upload instead of this one (being my main bank). However for being the little guy this app works well and has a nice layout and theme to it.

Every time I click on a notification for this app it kicks me right out, it’s annoying and upsetting.

Not Happy
It is very unprofessional, for a bank that services highly active businesses to have their mobile and online banking paralyzed for most of the business day. It didn’t happen to my business, but any overdrafts or adverse business transactions that were caused by this “ glitch” should be excused or forgiven...It would be the right thing to do.
Nice FCU Banking App
Simple design. Easy to use. Great FCU customer service. 5 stars if app had PIN # access to the app, rather than password.
Mobile deposit.
I always have trouble with mobile depositing checks. The problem is the system will not read the check correctly. I end up having to take multiple pictures of the front and the back of the check. Even though the picture shows all the information, front and back, it will not accept it. I have tried multiple different places and lighting differences, to no avail. I hope this gets fixed.

Head to VCU for great customer service and low interest rates on loans; and they have NEW two dollar bills.

Really wish I could love this app but it consistently times out every time I try to use it.

Quick balance update
Wish the pending mobile deposits could be linked to the whole account . When looking at balance from computer you can’t see the pending deposit. This would be a helpful feature to consider. Otherwise I use the app frequently .

I get immediate notification each time I make a debit purchase. It gives me a sense of security over potential fraudulent purchases.

I’m not able to use my card. I’ve tried calling customer service and I’m unable to reach someone to tell me why my card is not working.

Like the other reviewer here, I occasionally get the “we are unable to display your information at this time” error message, and I’ve had this app for a couple years now, and the “quick balance” still does not work, even thought this latest version says it was added and WORKS! Yet, it does not. Just says “quick balance is not available at this time” and reverts back to off. If it’s not going to work AT ALL, then why bother having it on there. Duh...

It’s a good app but it would be better if I can use the quick balance feature but can’t, whenever I try to enable it it says “quick balance is currently unavailable. Please try again.” Fix this???
