I’ve been with Valley Bank for well over 10 years. You folks have always been by my side. Or at least in my wallet. Lee Ricks, Jack Berry, and of course Kalena Bruno are completely the best of the best. They all will help you through what ever your Business needs Are! And Kalena is a joy Hawk a wonderful woman I’ve known her now for 13 years. You can’t miss her smile. Thank you all for your support.

Works well most of the time, but if someone has slightly messy handwriting or is one to write in all caps on checks, the system can process it.

Useless now
App is worthless now. Website also does not work. No longer able to see account balance or transactions. Even with everything (phone and app) updated. 🤷🏼♀️ I will change my rating if they ever get things working again.
Misread amount
This app sent several messages saying the amount entered did not match the check when in fact it did every time. It eventually accepted it as matching.

This app has simplified my life completely.
Idk why everybody likes it so much
I have more problems seeing how much money I have in my account with this app than I even did the glacier bank app “oops something went wrong on our end” ok then freaking fix it I truly don’t understand why you guys like this app better I would much rather use the glacier one
Love handling banking from my phone
Since we do travel, it is great to be able to check on my balance and make any transactions directly on my phone.
Joke bank
Transferred a couple grand from business account to business savings didn’t look to see if it came out of the account checked my savings it was in there a month later came out of my personal savings account and they said it was my fault… same day charged me $100 for a charge back with no explanation… if you don’t do many transactions the might be ok but if you do a lot DO NOT GO WITH THIS JOKE OF A BANK!!

Just finished making a payment to my daughter for monthly cell phone, able to make payments to grandchildren - hey we are all Valley Bank customers Recently sold my motor home and finalized the deal in your lobby, or should I say our lobby!! Artem was a huge plus. Not only for new accounts, but he’s a notary. Perfect manners, information and a great addition to our Bank. He even gave me a gift since I’ve been a customer for so long and hopefully the buyer will be joining. Love Valley Glacier!
