Can't you make the mobile photo process easier? Stop with the tap the screen. Once we've done it please write that out of the code. It's annoying. If the dotted line is the dimension stop capturing everything else in the room.
The number I call for verification is unavailable on Saturday
Apple pay will only have me verify my debit card by calling a number that’s currently unavailable, card management doesn’t have any options in app
I am frustrated
I have plenty of money in my working account yet Amazon is saying that I need to switch a new form of payment for some odd reason it’s very frustrating. I’m going to be talking to bank personnel when they get to work this morning
Update gone wrong
Honestly I’ve no issues with the app generally, but it needed to update and for some reason that required me updating my phone (really didn’t want to), and after doing it anyway and then updating the app, the sucker won’t load and I’ve waited like 30 minutes. Is there something I did wrong?

Card
My card seems to never work. used my card all day and now deciding it doesn’t want to work. couldn’t buy the necessities i NEEDED.
Overall convenient
This app allows me to navigate certain bank services while out of branch area. Really has become a very valuable resource. Would recommend.

Tried to deposit a check and keep getting RDC error
I tried to deposit a $100 check into my account and keep getting an RDC error. Why?
Easy Peeeezy
Great technology, instant response from native English speakers in the Midwest when needed.
Disappointed
This app takes forever to refresh and show transactions. I made a payment to our loan on 4/14/2025 but the app doesn’t reflect that in the amount due for 5/1/2025. It makes tracking your payments and finances extremely difficult.
Mobile deposit
App works great except Mobile deposit. Only works half of the time on checks that i am trying to deposit. Have attempted different lightings and areas in my house when it fails and most of the time still does not work. Pretty inconvenient when our closest location is 30 miles away

I absolutely love this bank they are amazing and I love how they are at your every need

This app is really good. Easy to use. Easy to find the things I use consistently. There’s other things that I don’t use, but I’m sure others do.

Credit Card Fraud
The credit card you fund Mercury is double billing payments. I’m owed over $2600 from double dipping on payments. It appears since no one from Mercury is taking care of this mistake which was made on their part. This Credit Card is is stealing their own customers money.

Love this way of banking, it’s so easy.
Needs to work with CC only users
I am unable to log into the bank since I only have a credit card account. On the website, you can select what part of the bank you want to log into. Need to set up that selection during login.

Getting terrible
Their previous app was way better. Since they revamped the app and their website I have encounter it being down or out of service or error updates too many times. Now I can’t get an update on the app, the website won’t let me log in and my debit cards are declined. I can’t even access anything from the atm. Terrible!!!!
