Love Enterprise for my business banking
Enterprise is always been very proactive and excellent Bank to work with. I love the mobile app for checking on things quickly from my phone.

Going in person isn’t helpful (as example I couldn’t set my PIN number online xx it in the bank—. Apparently an internal issue that I spent hours on the phone and in person still no help…. Had to wait for the eighth phone call to get someone smart enough to fix their internal error. The App won’t take online deposits.

Zelle disappeared
I used to transfer birthday money to the grandkids via Zelle, and seems that option has disappeared from your menu. Very disappointing.

It does what it is supposed to do.
It does the work but visually should be a lot better
It does the work. But other banks have a way better more intuitive and good looking platform, with colors for negatives and positives. This app is very basic.

For looking at account balance it functions as expected. Have consistently had trouble with transfers lately

Every time I use this app, I’m not able to log out securely. I have to shut down my phone and then open. I am not happy with this.

1/2 of the time, it won’t load. I will try to do a transfer, and the page comes up, but there are no account number options! A lot of times, it just sits there spinning to show it’s loading, and an error pops up! Seems to have a lot of bugs and they need to update it!

I did not get to choose which accounts I can see on this app. I have three accounts yet only one shows up.
Insufficient Alerts and notifications
Range of alerts is small and not useful. Take a page from FIRST INTERSTATE BANK app! Alerts for certain items and events were much more customizable and useful

I’ve been using since first created. Has come a LONG WAY! Easy to use and packed with features. Check deposit works great. Scanning is fast and rarely needs to be scanned in twice. Good job
Mobile check deposit fail
Mobile check deposit consistently fails to work no matter the lighting, distance, background etc., continually says to re-scan. Huge deal breaker given the fact this bank provides no atm services accepting deposits.
Bugs
Anytime I go to check the balances or view the transactions of my accounts it’s says loading forever; then give me an unknown error message. Then I have to click it again immediately after that message to view my accounts, it takes me 5+ minutes just to view / access my accounts.
