Trust and Competence!
We have banked with CoVantage from the time in the 1970’s when it was the Educator’s Credit Union until now in 2026. We trust them with our finances, including loans and deposits. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and on top of the rapid changes of our present times.
Password Save Issue
Unable to save my new password to this app only.

Trouble getting it to sign in lately says I am using wrong password a lot and then after a few attempts it lets Me signs in w
App Crashes
App always crashes the first time logging in when you go to click into any of my account’s to look at the transactions. The app automatically closes out to the main login screen. Then I have to log back in for it to maybe work properly. ( IPhone 17 Pro Max ) This has been going on for a couple months now and it’s get annoying….
Electronic Banking Options are Flexible
We require a lot of electronic banking options as we have two loans with CVCC, 3 accounts with another CU & 2 stock trading accounts. CoVantage is performing nicely for our needs & we love the EOY dividend!

I have banked with CoVantage for over 3 years. I have always been able to handle any concerns I have in a prompt and timely manner with the customer service department.
Terrible
This app sucks! Why does it continue to need to ask me 3 and 4 times for a text to verify my identity? Has it changed in the past 90 seconds? I despise companies that make it difficult for me to pay them.
Problem with IPad glitches
Just when I learn program it changes. Screen on IPad is sideways and touch pad selections are overlapping. Also living in country code feature doesn’t work.☹️
SLOW
Upon first using the user interface was extremely fast I don’t know what happened now the user interface is extremely slow and time-consuming and laggy especially with switching between transferring funds
Unreliable
For iPhone users, it’s honestly best to just go to their website as the app is constantly staying that the digital and mobile app is currently unavailable or it is experiencing technical issues. Once the app is working, without a yellow notification bar above the login page, it works fantastically.

Add features
I would love to see compatibility with “Dark Mode” and to be able to pinch to increase screen size. Otherwise the app is fine.

This is a an attempt at a first gen banking app at best. CoVantage is a nice credit union, but this app is severely limited.

Pretty laggy have to register for Face ID every time. Months later still laggy and freezes

This banking app has gotta be the worst banking app I’ve ever used in my life not only is it consistently laggy try to make transfers nothing until you reopen the app 10 times ridiculous

Not the best app
I’ve never had a good experience using this app. It’s constantly timing out, lagging, takes soooo long to load everything. Of course, transferring money in and out of accounts and making payments works just fine but it’s the fact that it lags so much and is so slow for me no matter my internet speed I just don’t love it. But this is the only place I have an account at and it’s very convenient that they have their own app. I just hate how slow the app is. I’m currently trying to apply for a credit card and none of the buttons are even working. Not to mention all the times the app is “down for maintenance”. I want to know what maintenance they’re actually even doing because the app isn’t changing or getting better at all.

Slowest App I Own
The developers of this need to streamline the data flow. This inability to quickly access data is frustrating and unnecessary! Also this is my only app that goes down for maintenance in the most trying of times!

Deposit Feature
The online deposit feature constantly crashes on me. I’ve asked multiple times over the past year and there hasn’t been a resolution. So annoying to have to go back in and retry. Sometimes I give up and drive to the credit union. I dread using it when I know I’m going to have to. I use the People’s State Bank app for work on my phone, and it never does this.
loads slowly
Always takes forever to load anything, the amount of time that transfers take is crazy too and makes no sense, put a payment in on the 7th but it’s saying money’s not gonna be to you guys until the 14?!?! You say it might take 1 to 3 days but that’s 7!! otherwise good.
Ease of banking
Banking is so easy with CoVantage. I love how easy the online prompts are. I do highly recommend CoVantage. I have been with them for over 15 years and they have never disappeared and always been very helpful.
Disappointed
It’s a shame that such a formerly awesome credit union is holding their members hostage by not letting them use mobile banking unless they sign up for digital statements. I am older and I don’t agree with everything on line. My information was hacked through my employer, the medical industry twice, my wife’s employer, and now I got notice from this credit union. I must be the only one that has lost faith in IA and apparently in common sense. Maybe modern day financial institutions should take a step back when everyone who banked with them they knew by their name not just their account number.

Great app
The only thing I would like to see added is if we have notifications turned for transactions through the app, we should be able to opt out of the constant email notifications for the same thing.

App is always and I mean always so slow and laggy and unless I’m in my own home with 5g internet this app ain’t working.
Seeing cash back points
Why can’t I see my cash back points? I had to call a couple of months ago and was told it was being worked on, but I tried again yesterday and saw a not that there was a problem. So I couldn’t get into that portion of the site! When will I be able to do this without calling?
Horrible customer service and app
They don’t accept normal payments to a loan. If I want to make a payment I have to “transfer fund from my external account into the loan account” even though I am making my payment 3 days prior to it being due, it is late because they won’t apply it for 5 business days. The app is not very user friendly and very complicated compared to any other banks app I use to make payment. Had to call customer service and was met with rude over talking rep.
