Connexus Credit Union…no better way to go!
Credit unions are far better than traditional banks, and Connexus Credit Union is the best of the best! Their app is easy to use, and provides almost all of the functionality that I need. Their mobile depositing of checks is very easy, and in the rare occasion that I have a check that exceeds their very reasonable daily deposit limit, a simple call to Connexus is all I need to get a temporary approval for my check to be deposited. I’m a longtime customer who has worked for traditional banks as a young adult, and Connexus is the one institution for my daily checking and savings. During the financial crisis of the early 2000’s, the banks who were “too big to fail” needed taxpayer bailouts to pay for their bad decisions. Connexus didn’t need to be bailed out. Their management is strong. They make me feel like a valued member of their credit union with every transaction I conduct! Give them and their app a try, you’ll be glad you did!
Go to a different bank.
Cards don’t work at least once a month, even if there is money in your account. This is the 5th time now I wasn’t able to order food because of “insufficient funds”which is bs. Don’t waste your time, just go to a different bank…

Ever since I updated the app it won’t open and just stays on the screen that says Connexus Credit Union. No login or anything. I prefer to do my banking this way and it’s frustrating that I cannot.

I am tech savvy and this app is glitchy and not easy to use or find things. Which is similar the Connexus business structure.

Occasionally, more frequently than I would like, the app will give an error when logging in via Face ID and I’ll have to plug in if and password.
Fix this please!
The app will not let me past the loading screen when you first open it, it spins, then glitches, and just says “System is not responding, try again later.” And no matter how many times I try it update the app, it won’t work.

Normally love this app - but have not been able to open for some time now. Have deleted & reinstalled to no avail. PLEASE FIX!!! Will change rating after I can access again!
A few opportunities but overall good
The only issue I have is not being able to easily scan through past transactions. You have to load each page of about 15 at a time. Then if you click to review a transaction you start the loading process over.
Bring back features of the previous version please
With the previous version, I didn’t have to sign in to see transactions in my checking account. At a glance, I could see which bill pay had been cleared. Now, with this BETTER and FANTASTIC new version, when I tap on my checking account, I am being offered to sign in to see what I was able to see previously WITHOUT signing in. Progress indeed. What is mo’ better is that after signing in, the app just froze. I need to close it and hope that it will get pass the sign in process and show me what I wanted to see. Very nice upgrade, eh?
Mobile deposit
Of the five banks I’ve used, they have the worst mobile deposit feature. Which for me is a significant reason for getting the app in the first place. Otherwise the app is fine.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times. It does not open. I have to log into the main page to see my stuff. Not great Connexus.

This app stopped working and I have deleted it, reset it and basically everything to get it working again with no luck at all.

Laughable
Latest version downloaded on 28 August 2023 does not work properly on iPad. App opens and stays in portrait mode making it totally useless if you use a keyboard with your iPad. Clearly, the app producer has no clue how to implement software quality control protocols or perform product testing prior to release.

So I financed a camper through this group. The plumbing water sewer black and gray tank fell to the ground 30 days after purchase. It was being “ fixed “ for almost 5 months the dealer assured me I would be provided an extension for this time. Joe in collections would not budge he sent me info for Jason. I called Jason over a hundred times over the year of 2022 he never responded or answered my calls. Then 13 months later he sends me a real smart but message saying you got repossessed today and I want to be perfectly clear with you. We will not remove one penny from what you owe or make one adjustment! This guy went out of his way to contact me today with joe laughing to tell me that I had been repoed and to not expect them to come off a single penny and that i was actually still going to be charged 150$/ day per diem
