I find Bill Pay frustrating to navigate and difficult to see what’s pending. But, I love it for depositing checks.
Crash
The app works ok most of the time but crashes about every 3 weeks it starts to open but doesn’t open… and I have to delete app and reinstall. A hassle! About a year ago the app was updated and it changed and I liked the older version much better.

I always get great service fro Tri-Counties bank, especially Vera and Michelle!!!

Every time I need help there is always a live voice to Help me and no put on hold stuff. I go in to have some one help me and never have to wait long. Very happy people to help.
Never up to date balance, crashes daily for me
The app used to be a decent. now it’s never up-to-date it’s always pending! It would be nice if you could add a Calculator

I wish the statements were easier/quicker to get to. Mobile deposits and some sort of Zelle payment abilities would be desirable. When you guys get there, I’ll bring more accounts over.

No need for the first screen on the app. Waste of time just show accounts when I open the app.
Getting Better
TriCounties’ mobile app is improving. They still need auto photo feature on deposits. Zelle is needed by the bank for transferring money quickly.

I am very happy with the service. The Girls in the Oroville office are above and beyond helpful with every little thing. Jennifer is my favorite. She always says hi and talks to my grand kids. It makes them feel so important and I just think it is wonderful. Thank you. Oh and the APP is so easy to use and navigate. The only thing is I keep getting these fraud alerts so I have kind of frozen my account and am watching from here where I don’t see anything going on. Thank you again.
Stone Age
This is the least user friendly banking app I’ve ever used. It’s from the Stone Age. There is almost no benefit to using this bank at all. It’s extremely annoying to transfer money between accounts because it requires a telephone call each time. Also the transfers between accounts are not instant so the money that was available in one tri counties account becomes unavailable in the other tri counties account. No logical reason for that. It’s a horrible “service” UPDATE: in response to the above, the bank “bot” requested that I fill out a form with specifics, but I gave the specifics in the review above. Obviously no human being from Tricounties cares. Wish I could take away the one star and make it zero stars.

I use the app every day. It’s always served me well it’s on time and extremely helpful… Tri-Counties has treated me exceptionally well for over 20 years. I’m very happy.
