Behind the times
Can’t open a savings account online even though an established customer. When transferring money, still has to be confirmed by phone with a representative.

face id sucks
my phone will have no trouble recognizing my face id in low lighting, harsh shadows, and odd angles but then as soon as i open this app, even with good lighting and a good angle, it will very quickly say my face id is not recognized and lock me out. the app also doesn’t store my log in info so now i’m locked out and can’t use snapshot deposit to deposit my paycheck until the app decides it wants to use face id again. i don’t want to constantly have to reset my login info every time this happens because then i need to update it on all of my other devices. and i can’t memorize my login info because every website has different requirements so i have 20 different variations of the same password. otherwise the app is great, ya know, when i’m actually able to log in.
Good app
Good responsive app with little lag. The only thing is: 1) App team needs to make an api drop down selection box to make it way easier to tap then input a note “memo” into bottom of billchecks for important things like invoice numbers pay reference reason etc. 2) …without having to go out of sent check function then back into bill payments to: pending…to search then locate the billpay check just sent then… tap into … open it up… then re-edit down into the “memo” box… 3) that memo box needs to be accessible immediately at the time that one is filling out a specific bill paycheque so once it is hit as sent, my check number specific “memo” note will have already be included/printed on the check Without repeating step 2) all over again 4) This is not an impossible coding task mod at all but it is vital to All Checks being paid. Thank you very much!

For the most part it does what it needs to but it’s very basic. There are a few glitches here and there but mainly decent.
Very proficient
I am using this app for personal, business, as a personal representative, and to help my mother. The snapshot deposit feature is tremendous, as I live outside of town. I have come to monitor when checks are posted and when they are cleared. I have several ledgers, and this app helps me to keep them all in order and correct on a daily basis if I chose to. The features are well thought out and function very nicely. I would recommend this app for anyone even with just a single checking account.
