Great app
Thanks for making it easy to access.
Not user friendly.
This app is not user friendly compared to Members First’s app. I do not like all of my accounts populating when I open the app even after I click my account preferences. I also do not like how hard it is to navigate the app. I am not a fan of Rogue Credit Union. Too many costly mistakes made to my family members and myself.
Where is Bill Pay?
I’m new to Rogue and need to use Bill Pay. Unable to locate it in the app so I try the chat, no help. Call customer support and the wait time is 133 minutes! May not be a customer much longer. Update: Bill Pay is now working and an improvement on the Members First app. The transition was a little rough, customer service seemed overwhelmed, service is now improving. I’ll be sticking around as a customer.
Glitches
Extremely glitchy. Everything freezes, constantly having to reset the app.
Check deposit keeps kicking me out.
After taking a picture of the front of the check, the screen goes black and then the app closes. I have to log back in and start over.

Dissatisfied with the way Rogue has handled this merger… never answers the phone in a timely manner and doesn’t deposit SS payments the same way Members First did… please go back to Members First procedure or else you will lose your customer….!!
Old version is better
I loved the older version of the app, it worked great for online banking and I loved the display of your accounts. With the new update the app is VERY slow and never loads anything. It keeps saying error or that it can’t load. Hoping this gets fixed or they bring back the old version. New one is too buggy.
Does not update
After completing a transfer the app does not show the transfer in the transaction history as it has before. You must close the app and sign back in to see the transaction.
Levee
I got a levee and wasn’t informed on it. Just went into my app and happened to notice it. You could inform me of things like this.
Great service
RCU is always providing great service. Their staff is incredible and the ability to do online transfers is always SO helpful. Very happy with their services.
Review
App needs to update expenditures faster when I pay for a bill or buy dinner ect it should not take 4+ days to come out of the account.
Check deposit picture stopped working
The check deposit picture taking just shows a white screen and doesn’t allow a photo to be taken.
Messages
The app is very easy to use. I love being able to access my account at any time needed. However, it’s very irritating that you cannot delete messages that are sent so it consistently shows that you have a message.

Received some help logging in. Transitioning from the former bank. Getting accustomed to the new look and navigating around the app has been fairly smooth.
Completely broken app and website.
They took over a credit union that was previously fine, and now I can’t access anything. Instructions on the website seem to be to use the info from the CU I had joined. Seems to be because the pull down menus close as soon as I start to scroll. Instantly locked out of my account. Now it will be an hour and a half drive to close my account down once all my direct deposits go through. If rogue is taking over your bank get out before it’s too late while you can still use the customer service from the old one.
Persistent notification icons?!
The app itself is fine… but for the love of everything - GET RID of the persistent badge app notification icons! “News and updates” notifications will not go away no matter how many times I click on them. I don’t care about “give and save”. I do care about getting rid of notifications on my phone though.

I would give you five stars but…
I cannot access details about my purchases in the Card Control menu. Every time I attempt to view any purchase, the app crashes. This makes it impossible to fully access my bank account. Please remedy this issue, thank you.

Notices that won’t go away
Frequently, the app shows that we have a notification that needs to be addressed. When you go to the app, it shows something “New” in the news section. Upon opening and reading all of the news items, you would expect the notification to go away. Unfortunately, this is not the case! The app notification often stays for several days or longer. This is extremely frustration! You never know if there is actually something new to look at or an important notice. Please fix this issue!

The app crashes when viewing individual transactions. Also the “News & Updates” feed is annoying and useless. Needs to be removed. We have email for a reason.

I’m very pleased with rogue’s attentiveness to checking if purchases were approved or not before releasing the money, this has saved me countless hours of fighting to retrieve funds
Thanks for nothing
This app was just fine the way it was and now it’s completely useless. 2 months ago when they updated the app it was great but then recently they re updated it again and now I can’t use the app because my perfectly good iPhone 6s+ can’t update to iOS 16 so it has become obsolete and this app update screwed me. I don’t have a computer so I rely on this phone for everything, including paying my bills. Kinda hard to make a payment if I can’t tell if I have enough loot to do so. Super lame and double thumbs down.
Bug: Privacy Policy links are bad - lead to a download prompt
Date: 04/05/2025 Rogue Credit Union app for iOS (version 2025.2.2.3) Description: I just wanted to report a minor problem with the app. The Apple App Store listing for the app has a “developer’s privacy policy” and a “privacy policy” link. These links do work - they instead strand the user on a download prompt for a PDF. This download prompt does not work either. Please fix! Steps to reproduce: 1. Head to Apple App Store listing 2. Click on privacy policy links Result: privacy policy links not working Expected: users should have access to privacy policy
New App lock-out
I can never get into the new update. It keeps telling me to come back later. Please fix this soon.

I like RCU, recently we worked on a loan with Kelly at the Brookings branch and she was excellent to work with, smart and personable. Also RCU , when I had a couple of fraud scares , caught those transactions before they had a chance to even post !!! Natalie is a great teller, we like our bank !

Please stop changing the format of the app. The original was the best formatting so far.
No longer lets me have a widget.
After ios 18 you can no longer use widgets to show bank balance. Used to have a widget that showed bank balances and now there’s no option.
