This app never works. I am able to sign in to the browser just fine, just use the browser don’t even try with this app

The app serves as a valuable resource. I do wish I could rearrange how the accounts show up on my home screen.
Fix the Mortgage section
When principal is paid on a mortgage, the balance on the loan should reflect that when it happens, not 10-12 days later. It’s 2026, and I should be able to see my actual balance.
Online banking
New to using Wi the app but love it!
Not a good app.
Worse app on my phone. If Johnson bank wants to remain competitive with other banks in their category they need to get their app out of the 90s! 90% of a customer’s interaction with their bank is online. Johnson Bank’s app is an embarrassment.
Have to constantly remake my password
The only complaint I have is that even with the correct password and username it keep saying ‘Authorization is invalid, please input correct password and ID’. Yet when I completely make a whole new password it works perfectly fine, and it’s starting to get a little tiring.

More difficult to use/navigate than previous website.

Balance is never right
The old app was always correct-this one is never the same balance as what I have …I do like that I don’t need to turn my ipad sideways, also like the mobile deposit, but the totals are nearly always incorrect thus far.

Minor tweaks could make app more personalized
If one could personalize what parts of the app so they all appeared on one page, this would make navigation easier, rather than having to scroll from page to page.

Tax forms
Not very user friendly to find tax forms. I deal with several financial institutions and yours rates very poorly in my opinion.

The Johnson Bank app is so simple to use. I use the Face ID which I love for easy access. Immediate access to all of your available, funds, loan payments, etc. It’s one of my favorite apps.
Very user-friendly
