Electronic payments
The limit on a single electronic payment is too low. Your customer assistants are very helpful, but I should not have to split up payments to stay under the daily limit. Also, the daily limit is too low for many bills. Also, the nickname requirement is ridiculous. I have tried 5 nicknames and will have to keep trying to leave this review.
Can no longer use the app
I used to like the app until I could no longer use it because my phone is not up to date enough.
Clunky
I appreciate having the app but it’s very clunky compared to my previous financial institution’s app (moved out of state so needed to change). Also, why no Zelle? Not everyone likes having their account linked to mine or use Venmo to transfer money.
I can not get into my account
I am traveling and NEED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT. It is telling me I need to update and I don’t have a new phone!!!!!!
App always down
Any time I need to see my balance the app is either down or needs an update. Never fails.
Great app however I’d like to see this
The app is great besides a few times of having to delete and reinstall the app as it won’t show my accounts at all. But I’d love to see and update that gives a notification anytime something comes out of your account. Any transaction gives you a notification would be neat to see in the upcoming future.

Convenient!
I can’t drive, so this app is a must have for me. I use it virtually every day to do everything, from just checking my balances, to any transactions I need to do. If you’re a BHCCU Member you should have this app because it will save you money and time.

Can’t even get into the app it keeps saying an extra error
Money Transfers
Would like to be able to link an account to mine to do transfers the old way. Similar to how my account is setup with Wells Sullivan, my grand child. Blackhawk has since changed and not user friendly.

Depositing checks are more difficult than EVER before. I don’t like the difficulty NOW.

I can’t say enough how the staff at the local branch where I do my banking are so patient and polite.
Phased out older IOS versions.
For some reason this app was updated to force anyone who doesn’t have a new iPhone to upgrade just to use the app. (ios 16) Prior to the change the app worked fine. Since the app is the only way to do remote deposits I can no longer do them at all and have to go in to a physicial location to deposit checks. 👎

I wish all financial institutions could be this customer friendly when doing business with me.
Unfair practice
BHCCU Closed the downtown Kenosha branch while every road was in construction around the west branch (Hwy 50 and Hwy 32. You could not get to them. Then when you make a deposit using the app they hold any amount over $225 for three business days. I just got dinged $34 last week while my money was pending on a deposit I make EVERY two weeks for the last three years!!

I love using the app for my banking but still go in to our branch weekly. The people are friendly and I need to have that face to face interaction. That’s part of a business I can trust. We still are struggling to get my wife set up on the app though.

Frustrating
I am not happy with the new App. The passcodes are ridiculous and tedious. Even though I shut down the privacy for this App., which alone is crazy, but I always have to get a passcode no matter what I do & with 2 accounts it’s even more tedious!! This new App. has made online banking so much more frustrating & time consuming!!

I can’t find edit single payment on the app.
Card management
Still can’t view card transactions. It opens up a mini web browser with tiny font that’s barely usable. And this new app logo is absolutely hideous. Bring back the old one.
