The money has been transferred to my credit card and reflected in the amount after 3 days???? And the figure required is different figure mentioned in the statement.

Worst credit card ever
I can’t trust your rewards credit card anymore. Everything is enable but still i am not able to tap or use card for online uses. I called to your costumer support but sill I didn’t get the solution. I went to UK, Vietnam and India all countries are unblocked all the payments mode are active but sill I can’t use this card via tap or in online transaction. Still i want to buy a phone and it’s declining payment again and again. I am closing this card and never gonna be your consumer. I am seriously frustrated.
Unable to retrieve payee name
While adding a payee from FAB, the app showed a message to say it was unable to retrieve the payee name, apologies… which is a bit concerning.
Not user friendly🥲
I have been using ENBD and EI apps, but with CiTi the app is not really user friendly. I am trying to see the option to pay my credit card bill FTM more than 10 mins now🥲 Sry to say the card ans its benefits are amazing, but the app could have been done better
Card Control Missing
Many banks now offer card control options for managing international and online transactions, but the Citibank app lacks these features. This makes it less convenient for users seeking better control over their card usage. I hope they add this functionality soon.

Screwed up after update
Not able to open app after update. It is forcing me to opt out for SMS alert. Which I don’t want to do. Now I am not able to open the app due to this.
Chat support suggestion
I really like the app overall,I t’s easy to use and works well for daily banking. However, customer support is a big gap. The call center waiting time is extremely long, and it’s frustrating when you just need quick help. Adding a live chat feature inside the app would make a huge difference. Many banks already offer this, and it saves customers time while reducing pressure on call centers. I hope Citibank considers this improvement in future updates.
Not able to print monthly statements
The screen is blank with no error messages!

If I have chosen to pay my credit card why do you also have to ask me for the purpose of payment once I say how much?

Most inefficient bank! Laid back approach . Highly delayed transactions. No wonder retail banking has wound up fast. This behavior can bring entire bank to its kneels to bankruptcy within next few months

Face recognition only works for the first time
Face recognition only works for the first. If you want to continue to you use it, you have to keep setting it up!!! Quite frustrating, this has been going on for months!!!!

Fingerprint / face id
There is something wrong with this app. I have activated the fingerprint access to bypass the login with PW many times but everytime i log out and try to log in again the next day it resets the login to ask to enter password and does not accept the fingerprint/ touch id. I have to go and enable the touch Id again. This is now a daily occurrence. It has been happening ever since i updated the app recently.

Pretty basic app
Compared to the Mashreq app I am using, I found the citi app to be pretty basic. Eg. you don’t even get to see your statement date and if there is an option to change it. More such small things that constitute a nice value addition .
FaceID feature has a glitch
Despite activating FaceID, the app requires password input and reactivating it in settings every few days! Rather frustrating.

Not very user friendly
It's not very user friendly as compared to other bank apps. Doesn't allow to logout and register with another card I just received mine and my wife's card. I activated my card and registered on the mobile app. Now it doesn't allow me to login with my wife's account to activate. There is no option to change atm pin for the supplementary card.
Very old fashioned
Citibank as an international world wide bank should have more advanced app with more options . Compared with other bank app in UAE i’m using this must be the least interesting
Good but annoying bug
The new app looks nicer than before, but it also introduced an annoying specific bug that prevents me from transferring funds at all. The password prompt for the confirmation of the transfer has a character limit of 15 characters, so if you have a longer password, forget about using your app to transfer funds because it’s pretty much impossible!
Current Balance and Interface lags
The Current balance page does not load. The PDF opens up a blank page. The app lags a bit and hangs overall. Slower than the previous complicated version.

I have to say this is by far one of the worst, unstable and poorly thought out app for a bank. It always crashes, never lets you sign in and is always down. What is the whole point of publishing an app , especially a banking app if it doesn't do the job.
App is good but needs more work
iPhone X doesn’t have a finger print scan and in this app it goes back to the basics.
Non user friendly app
The app never successfully ends any of the payment option. The app keeps loading after submit and transaction is posted but app keeps loading Guys, hope UAT was signed off and forced!

I am a current user of other banks apps as well however the difference i find is huge. This citi bank app shows details which are very confusing. The particulars in statements or checking the card outstanding or recent payments made is very confusing and difficult for a layman like me to understand!
Need improvement
The app is simple to use, but still need a lot of improvement, it is still not compatible with the new iPhone generation (X), takes ages to load a transaction and its features do not work properly (usually error in loading). I Guess the marketing team are not as productive as the ones in the US, or they really don't care!
Please add bank in Apple Pay
Please add your bank in Apple Pay so we can use it more often and would also be more convenient for user. All major banks are available but wonder why your bank is not considering it. (UAE)

So far one of the worst application I have seen in terms of the banking. Issues related to Face ID authentication Taking a lot of time to login. Interface not good.
My transactions loading error
The ‘My Transactions’ content does not load properly. It skips transaction dates at random, and never the same transaction dates. Every time I open the app, different transactions dates are missing, and I’m not talking about a couple or few dates, but weeks of transactions not showing.
