Terrible
I don’t know if its just on my phone but the app just shuts down constantly I always end up using safari. I have the latest iPhone too and the app is up to date.
Useless
It is not possible for an app to be as useless or as pointless as the ASDA app. Why is it always so difficult with you people. You create an app to make things easier for your customers not worse. The navigation, settings, payment, points etc all just terrible and don’t work.

Great App, only problem is that it is not possible to change address so doesn’t allow for shopping in another location (on holiday).
Never been great
For such a large company you’d think their app would be better. It’s never been great but since upgrading my phone to the 18 pro I’m now welcomed with a cream blank screen every time I open the app where nothing loads until I close and reopen the app again. I have in recent conversations been told by people they don’t shop at Asdas purely because the app drives them mad. I’m getting there too!

Easy site to navigate, great that you can send ‘on my way’ message when going to collect. Handy & convenient.

Deleted my shop again because can’t change or add items
Poor and glitchy
Use this app every week and regularly find problems like can’t book a slot, can’t add all favourites to basket and can’t pay!! Drives me mad. The organisation and presentation is also poor. Would be good to see different sizes of a single product available. Frequently the items rolled back are out of stock so you can’t buy them! But if u go in store they are there!
Not the best UX
App is fine, does what it needs to, but can be so frustrating. For example, when scrolling through the ‘Regulars’ section, selecting the tick box to add these items, it’s too easy to accidentally select the image of the product which takes you to that product. When you go back to the ‘Regulars’, the check box has stayed ticked but the amounts of all items that you amended has reset. So frustrating.
Useful for shopping
I use this app regularly and find it better than other shopping apps for groceries The “I’m on my way” feature is good and also I know what items won’t be available before I collect my shopping which is useful for me.

What’s the point of asda rewards? You get nothing? Ever

At the moment there is a problem when it comes to checkout . Have to shut down my phone completely and start again to get the order to go through !

Error for over a year
Incorrect turnstile token error message when I try to log in - no resolution from support. Switched to Sainsbury’s

Not able to zoom in on products.
Please could you look at being able to zoom in on products. This It’s a really really bad fault.
Appalling
I don’t know why I persist with this appalling app. I am frequently locked out until U update my password. Plus why do search results have absolutely nothing to do with what you have written in the search option.
Just sort it out
App crashes constantly and has to be closed and reopened. The search bar also brings up all sorts of random stuff

By the time I mess about trying to complete an order, I could have made the 20 min journey to store and bought the items myself
