Wowcher Redemption
Great offers but difficult process to redeem purchase
Too difficult to order
Ordered and paid for an advent calendar. It was only by chance that I found out, even though I’d paid for it, I had to redeem it! Where I had to make another payment for postage! Groupon is much better
D
There should be no charge for click and collect very disappointed 😡😡
Indoor plant
I am delighted with my indoor palm plant. It arrived well packaged and is a good size and very healthy looking. Thank you Wowcher!
Terrible
Ordered a mattress for £70 and did not let me track or check when my delivery is arriving . I had to message and call multiple people to try and sort this issue and yet nothing to be done . Useless . Disgusting .
Very tricky to navigate
Took an age to work out how to redeem the voucher, did not want to have to download the app, only wanted a one off purchase. Will now delete the app.
Cancellation
I needed to cancel a Wowcher that was miss sold. After 2 days of trying to get in touch by phone and email I still haven’t received any correspondence.
Easy peasy
Very easy I’m an oap and ordered very quickly
Never stated extra delivery costs !!!!!!!
DISHONEST, hidden extra costs !!! 😡
Scam
Why should you have to sign up for something you don’t want and then have to cancel it, u couldn’t any way of not signing up for, i presume to trap people hoping they forget to cancel
Voucher Services
I find the redemption of voucher really complicated as I can never get on the site
??
Not sure why I have to keep going backwards and forwards all the time but great price
Extremely difficult to redeem a voucher
I paid for a voucher in 2 stages. When I tried to redeem I kept getting a transaction not authorised message. I struggled to change my password and the drop down menu for Title was not working. I was then told to pay for postage even though the figure I had paid was wrong. The whole thing made me distrust the process.
Misleading
Not happy wasn’t made aware of a delivery charge so expensive
Confusing. Too many pop-ups
The deals seem good but the ordering experience for a new user feels like an obstacle course. Not sure if I had bought something twice or not at all, or accidentally purchased something I had not meant to.
Great
Great
Forced to install to use
Poor service
Great!
I found an amazing deal for a hotel I always wanted to go to process was so easy! I had a small issue but all was sorted by the customer service team super quick!
Hidden delivery fees
Hides delivery fees. You pay for item then get stung with additional fees
New to Wowcher
I’m new to Wowcher , it’s my first , I will write a more detailed review after I receive my order
ANGRY
Money went out of my account so I assumed I’d made the order. Now I realise I was supposed to redeem a voucher but I didn’t. NOT CLEAR!!! Item will not be in time for my daughter’s move to university. Also, voucher unclear. NOT a good deal and could have found this for less elsewhere. Will not use Wowcher again
Very good
Very good
Avoid like the plague
⭐️ 1 star Very disappointed with Wowcher’s customer service. I’ve provided evidence and repeatedly explained the issues with my purchase, yet I feel completely unsupported. Instead of actually helping resolve the dispute, I’ve been left going back and forth with the seller and having to fight to get my concerns properly addressed. For a platform facilitating these purchases, I expected much better support. Extremely frustrating experience and I would think twice about purchasing through Wowcher again.
Holiday
Got a holiday with Wowcher before it was brilliant hopefully I’ll get the same nice destination
Confusing
You think you buy something then, then you realize after not receiving that item you then have to go and redeem a voucher. Then when you finally redeemed it, they charge you a delivery charge a 5 pound, which has not made clear. This site is annoying.
Good offers
Great offers delighted with the spa, and I intend to use this regularly
Tom
I thought Ryan flights are the worst. No this is
