There when you need it!
I’ve had an account for a number of years now. I don’t always use it but it’s great to have the option when it’s needed. I wouldn’t be without it.

The app and team are useless. They sell products out of stock then talk down to you when you ask them why very has allowed this to happen. Won’t be using again

Very cheeky
Got a good deal as a first time user. Bought 2 items and only 1 was delivered. Customer service told me that would arrange refund and that I could place the order again. However on this occasion the discount was not applied as it was effectively a second purchase. So no I am not happy with this at all. They should have gotten right from the start ; they were only 2 items!!!
Drains Battery
I like this app but it drains my battery. It took me a while to realise this app was making my phone hot, and my battery run down fast. I checked my settings and other apps used 1% and this app used 15% in under an hour. Sadly I’m going to have to uninstall it.

Cooker hood
After waiting seven days for the arrival of my new cooker hood it’s arrived broken glass everywhere and now I’ve got to go through the hassle of ordering a new one. I’m waiting. again such an inconvenience.

Great choice and sometimes really good prices only one negative… the app can be a little hard to understand when paying
Makes phone hot
Everytime I use this app the phone reacts really slow and my battery goes really hot, doesn’t happen with any other app? Looking at other reviews I’m not the only one it happens too! They need to sort this out, it would be a good app otherwise!

When you are looking for different products, the app stops working and mess up with your phone. Very slow and old app.

Bug issue with saved items?
I usually love this app. But over the last week there has been issues with saved item? There is no saved list despite multiples items being saved with the pink heart. I can’t find them anywhere? It says empty. I’ve spent time this evening trying to save everything individually. Something’s are there, some aren’t?

Bad don’t do with them anything I was firs past for credit and then they take all my information and after 2-3 hours they everything declined that’s app it’s so bad 😡🙁

I tried to ask for help just to extens the payment for 2 weeks and they cant even help you because they want you to pay more with the interest they are charging you. Gonna delete my very account soon once I pay my debt
