App is broken devs don’t care
This app is broken, the correct password just sends you in a loop, the checkout doesn’t work and the app keeps popping up when closed. I strongly suspect the developer hasn’t updated some of the coding or they don’t care, or it’s been hacked !
Hard to favourite items
I absolutely love The Range but it’s so hard to favourite any items - I have to press really hard & sometimes I’m told it’s been removed. I’ve never encountered this in any other app. I would buy waaaay more if I could favourite all my favourites. Please please fix ❤️
Slow and glitchy
Really slow app, slow laid and slow to move through screens and very glitchy.
Scanner back!
The app is okay—nothing special, but it does the job. However, I’ll never understand why the “scanner” option was removed. It was genuinely helpful and made shopping much easier. Removing it was a big step backwards in my opinion.

Only just downloaded and it keeps crashing af just a minute
Sensitivity
When scrolling through products, the app is really sensitive and constantly opens products it thinks I have clicked when scrolling. Really annoying to look through as I then give up as its forever opening things I don’t want to see

Hi what would be really great for this app is if it had a scanner on it as many times I’ve been in the range and can’t find a price for things b&m have one on there app and it’s very handy

No dark mode feature for visually impaired people!!
Poor browsing function
Downloaded app as online (pc) option/version kept giving check out issues (adding wrong amounts in basket). However the app doesn’t present you with a menu of categories or areas of interest, thus all you can do is type into the search what you want (not knowing it’s in stock) and assume the search results are good/valid. Much better to have a ‘shopping aisle’ where you can browse and narrow your search etc.
Does a basic job
It does the basic job to allow you to browse and purchase, but at checkout, there is no way you can add a discount on. The only way is to delete the app and do it through the website. If you don’t delete the app, the website automatically opens up into the app

Waste of space
Opens ok then try to get information on the goods and get the same message oops something’s gone wrong so go on another site to buy off them instead
Bring back the scanner
Given the number of misplaced or unpriced items, I found the scanner incredibly helpful.
Not the worst app ever
Not sure why but once you place a order to pick up it gives you a number to call that’s no longer in service. Definitely needs updating
Lags
Jesus on the app. App is completely messed up everything all over the place and not well structured. The website. After more than 3+ plus hours of shopping I managed to get my products. Other than that all good. But the app need fixing it lags so much, takes time to load pictures.
Useless
Can’t look at products on the app or on the website. Been trying for a week now. It either crashes or comes up with a message saying there’s been a problem.
App does not work
I love the range and was so excited to find they had an app I can shop & save my cart via. To my disappointment, the app is SO unbelievably slow - you’d be lucky to be able to navigate it at all. Even on desktop or a high end device the app is poorly functional. I’d recommend not downloading to avoid the frustration of waiting on never ending loading screens to view your basket. :)

Slow and glitchy
App it way too slow, takes 7 working days to remove an item from basket. This app has now been deleted. Saying that website is no better, basket loading is horrendous. How is it this slow in 2026? Sort it out please

Fonts make the app unusable on the iPad
I don’t know if the developers haven’t noticed their own screenshots submitted to the AppStore, but the homepage and product page font sizes are so huge that the app is virtually unusable on the iPad Pro. The homepage shows 4 products with the product titles taking up more than half of the available screen space. Until they fix this, scroll past and don’t bother installing the range app!
