Needs dark mode
Nightmare browsing this app late at night or in the early hours. Who wants to look at a bright white screen late at night. Not comfortable to use at all. Please add dark mode.

Update to reflect the look of iOS27 already
If you haven’t updated your UI by the time iOS 27 comes around, I think it’s time you do, because the UI looks like it’s from 2017 not 2026/27.

Update is broken
Usually love this app but since the latest update I keep getting a glitch where a pop up window incorrectly stating “a newer version of this app is available from the App Store” covers the screen and prevents me from further using the app. The app is completely up to date on my phone, the pop up literally leads to this app page, which clearly shows I’m already up to date. I’ve been trying to organise a return/refund and the pop up window is stopping me from progressing through the app. Please fix it.
One issue
The check out page needs sorting, it cuts off at the ends so you can’t see the full details of the check out page, ie the overall price, etc. otherwise the app seems good.
Get rid of promo reel on app open
Decent shopping experience on this app but the opening 3-5 seconds of promo reel showing the Dunelm logo and different rooms/lights/colours is an egregious waste of user time and adds friction when all you want to do is view a product. Particularly irritating when you're landing on the app via deeplink from Google Shopping, search etc. Please consult your paid search team for stats on the impact slowing loading has for CPAs.
Bug when home delivery not available
I tried to make an order and kept getting stuck at the payment page. No payment options come up. I tried selecting Apple Pay at the basket instead and kept getting payment error. It’s not until I tried a web browser instead that the payment page would display correctly but I get an error saying you can’t deliver the product to my address. This validation doesn’t appear in the app. Maybe one to look into to avoid all the frustration I went through. Otherwise, it’s a good app and very fast to load.

Good but some new features needed
This app is very helpful for finding nice new furniture but the favourites section can get a bit crowded - I don’t want my carpet and kitchen utensils in the same list. Having multiple lists would be helpful..
Where’s my 10% voucher!
Have just done my first order using the app which promised a 10% voucher in first £20 purchase. No active vouchers despite logging in and out again. I have checked out as I really do need these items but a tad peeved at being promised a 10% first app order discount. I would have done the order on a proper size screen instead of having to put specs on to do it on the app.
Annoying app
This is not just a problem with this app, but why stop music/other applications from playing sound when you open the app? I’m really not interested in haunting visuals that shut off the sounds from other apps. I just want to buy stuff while I listen to other things. Such a shame as the app is generally good.

Worst app ever
I tried to add a item to the basket more than 10 times now, but still the basket is empty
favourited items are all in one big list
Please pleaseee make the option to sort your favourited products into subcategories! I’d love to be able to create sections for specific rooms/seasonal stuff etc.
Can’t multitask
I can’t browse whilst listening to music (Spotify) or watching videos from other apps. This app turns any sound off, which no other shopping app I have seems to do.

When I go to my shopping basket, why is my screen so zoomed in, I can not see anything? This needs sorting.
Loved it until ai bot was added
Loved the app shop here regularly but i dont use ai where i get the choice so with the new ai bot assistant i will be deleting

Could not find discount code for purchase of £111 Just heard back from the developer (12th August). Please note there was no code provided so I was not able to add this to the voucher code area as suggested. Not happy with the response from the app developer.

App Malfunction
I just downloaded the app & for some reason it’s malfunctioning. Everything I clicked on keeps taking me back to Google app. I even tried registering my account but it’s all stalling. Is there a problem with the app… it’s redirecting me to Google.. Why’s that please?

Could have told me to write the 10% code down so I could use it. But it was ok in the end.
Unusable - interrupts music playback
Every time the app is opened it stops playing whatever is on Spotify. And it doesn’t just pause the audio it totally overrides it meaning you have to go back into the app (Spotify) and press play but only after the Dunelm App is closed. Infuriating.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had an issue with some wallpaper that I had ordered. The customer service I received was some of the best I have ever experienced! Such friendly and actually helpful online correspondence, which resulted in a complete resolution of my problem. I have only ever had excellent customer service in store too. Love Dunelm!
