Title: Space NK… WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! 🤯 This is customer service on another level.
I genuinely don’t know where to start. I placed an order of around £230 with Space NK, including Creed Aventus and a couple of other items. When my parcel arrived, I opened it expecting exactly what I had ordered. Then I kept unpacking… and unpacking… and UNPACKING. I honestly thought there had been some kind of mistake. 😂 The amount of extra beauty products and treats Space NK included was absolutely unbelievable — and then, as if that wasn’t enough, a gorgeous Ysl bag too?! My jaw genuinely dropped. I am a VERY particular customer when it comes to beauty and luxury shopping. I notice everything — presentation, service, value, attention to detail — and I am not easily impressed. I’ve shopped with major beauty retailers for years, and Sephora has given me some fantastic experiences and brilliant seasonal offers, but I can honestly say I have never opened a beauty order and felt this surprised and spoiled. And that is exactly what makes this special. It wasn’t simply about receiving free products. It was the experience of opening that parcel and thinking: “Wow. They actually know how to make a customer feel valued.” Space NK, you should be incredibly proud of the customer experience you are creating. You didn’t just fulfil my order — you turned an ordinary delivery into a moment I’m going to remember. This is how you create loyal customers. This is how you make people excited to shop with you again. And THIS is how luxury beauty retail should feel. Space NK, you absolutely smashed it. 👏🏼❤️ Consider one extremely fussy customer VERY impressed. 10/10. My jaw is still somewhere inside that box. 😂
Awful Experiance
Awful experience. I have tried for over a week to contact them about a missing item from my order and they just send back automated messages every time about orders going out being delayed. I HAVE MY ORDER, it was just MISSING an item. I have even sent in photographic evidence and that doesn't even get a real response. I will have to contact my bank soon to back charge my order as these people don't seem to care and are uncontactable. Happy to take your money but won't help you when you need it. These are expensive products too, I expect better service for their price range. They didn't have anything on their website about orders being disrupted or delayed either. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Love the App, but It Needs Fixing
I really enjoy having and using this app, especially in the physical store, where I have my wishlist to remind me of what I need to purchase! There are a few issues with this app. Firstly, I would like the app to properly support landscape mode on the iPad. At the moment, it is very glitchy. It works for a few seconds, and then I click something and it only shows half the app. Then it gets stuck and doesn't rotate to landscape mode at all. Secondly, I would like to see my full purchase history, both online and in-store, on the app and on my account accessed via the website. At the moment, only online orders are visible on the app—that's it.
Service slipping
Space NK used to have great service. But now I never get the samples I select, usually no samples at all - I dont know why they dont manage customer expectations better. They are blighted by slow delivery even though I pay for next day. Now buy from other providers
App issues
I love space nk. It’s my guilty treat and I’m not rich or an influencer so save up every now and again to buy something nice. However often when I go to pay either using my card or Apple Pay it will not go through. I try numerous times and end up either giving up completely or having to login via safari. It always happens when they have 20% off and I initially thought they closed the offer and I was too late for the discount but I think it’s just an in app issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Otherwise I adore the brand just the app is a bit glitchy.

Made an order and money was taken yet did not receive a confirmation email. It has been two days and still not received anything - never known a online retailer like this. I will not be ordering again from Space and use another retailer.

Haven’t been able to place or for ages through the app, neither Apple Pay or card payments work. I’ve contacted customer services and they were no help at all, just told me to update the app. Like I hadn’t already done that!! And since then no response on how to resolve it! For a luxury brand, their customer service is about as useful as Evri!
Good app but new update logs me out
Shopping on the app makes it easy, but the latest update keeps logging me out and I need to sign in fresh every time. Very annoying.

Awful
I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve just had an email inviting me to review the app. It’s absolutely awful - I can’t put an order through at all. I’ve tried using Apple Pay it doesn’t work, I then used my card details and it didn’t work. In the end I went onto the website and put my order through but this also meant I missed out on the app exclusive.
Great app
Loving the space nk app. Lots of information on products. A huge variety of products and matched to your needs. Love the free samples and speedy delivery. Also constantly introducing new ranges with information and reviews.
I want to order but never can!
I so want to be use the app and order from there but you have a bug with the phone number to verify the account when paying. You need to talk to your tech team to fix it!
Needs more work
This app repeatedly glitches at the point of payment. I recently tried to purchase some items which included a free gift but couldn't pay due to problems with the app. At the point the payment finally went through, the free gift had been removed from the basket even though it was still possible to buy the same items with the free gift
Great app
Really good app. I love skin care and have enjoyed browsing the app for new products to try. Easy to navigate. Purchases arrived quickly.
Not great, payment issues
App is not great, the codes doesnt work, the payments dont work. I was not pleased as I have to keep going back to the customer service emails. Its so time consuming and sadly the offers they have are sometimes for app only so it doesnt help the customer.

I really love the Space NK app overall — it’s easy to browse, I use the wishlist all the time, and it makes discovering products so convenient. However, the checkout experience is very frustrating. Unless I use Clearpay, payments almost always fail in the app. Apple Pay, Klarna, and entering my card details manually all show errors. Because of this, I nearly always have to switch to Safari on my phone and complete the purchase on the website instead of using the app, which defeats the point of having it. It would be great if this could be fixed, as otherwise the app experience would be perfect.
Honestly quite poor
The app freezes a lot when you search for items so you have to close it down and start again. For example you’ll search for a specific item and then you can’t scroll down or click on anything. It’s extremely frustrating and tedious. It has a long way for it to go to match up to the brand.
App Feedback
Firstly, this is the only place to leave app feedback however I wanted to include images / video. You should include an option for ‘app feedback’ in your drop down / suggestion when it comes to the contact us page within your app. The app doesn’t show ml / grams for some products. I won’t buy anything unless I know how much I am getting.
Impressed
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the NK App genuinely deserves one. From the first time I used it, it just felt right — clean, intuitive, and actually helpful without overcomplicating things. Everything is where you expect it to be, and it makes the whole experience smooth and effortless. What I appreciate most is the attention to detail. It doesn’t feel generic — it feels like it was designed with real users in mind. Small things like the layout, responsiveness, and how easy it is to navigate make a big difference day to day. I’ve tried similar apps before, but this is the one I keep coming back to. It’s reliable, easy to use, and just works without frustration — which is exactly what you want. Great there’s an app
It is great that the store now exists in app form and on the whole I have found this really easy to use and find products. The one area I think needs improving is My Matches, as I can only see a few of these and cannot seem to find how to get to the complete list separated into categories (i.e. toners, moisturisers, eye creams, etc) that I saw when I completed the questionnaire.

Needed improvement
I love Space NK and I expected a few hiccups when the app was first released but whilst they’re very, very slowly improving there is so much work needed to improve the app, it crashes, all payments options fail at times and the indulge rewards do not display as they should or update as quick as they do on the website. Brands on the search do not load and it just makes me want to use the website still, I think once all of this is fixed however it would be the way forward but it needs some improvements for sure. It is very easy to use in terms of interface and it’s nice to have an app but an app that isn’t totally fit for purpose from such a huge company isn’t what I expected. I will stay with the app as I think they will take on board the feedback and implement it in time.

Useless
I have unable to use the app at all since it was first launched. I can not check out using it. I have tried all methods available and nothing works. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Tried on both my iPad and iPhone but to no avail
Love
Love space nk and their rewards system. Wish that the vouchers would last more than 3 months though, and would be great if they could integrate the review system into your account so you don’t have to keep putting your details in.
What’s happened?!
Never had any issues with the app, very user friendly. But for some reason I am now unable to access my basket, it’s telling me that it’s empty when I have a lot of products in it, also won’t let me add anything to basket.

I like this app - I can search for items quickly and access my account easily. There was a glitch with using a voucher so I had to contact them but they were very helpful and sorted it out for me very quickly x

I’m so glad that Space NK finally has an app. It certainly makes it so much easier to find the products that they stock and any new brands.
Disappointing sadly!
As a regular customer an app was exciting. Unfortunately items will not add to the shopping bag so back to the website I go.
