Pointless
Now three updates and the app still doesn’t open. No means to even reply to Support’s email as it constantly bounces. That has been an exchange perhaps they’re now using AI and vibe coding… either way, it’s just in comparable to what it was and not usable

Spent a bit of time browsing Cult Beauty but was a bit disappointed there were not too many offers on the products I was looking for
Ruined the app
The recent update has ruined what was an excellent app. The wishlist has been moved from the main navigation and been buried in the account section and you can no longer even click on the products you have in there to go the product listing. Instead they’ve put some irritating AI assistant front and centre… because that’s just what the world needs… more AI ruining the planet.
Unsure if 20% discount added
Transferred to make purchase in app but it’s very confusing an no idea if 20% discount added.

Horrible app
No matter how i pay how much i spend or what i buy my order repeatedly gets cancelled and i get logged out of my account and told that my email dosent have an account even though i just made one it’s ridiculous.

CANNOT LOGIN
I have not been able to login to the app for MONTHS!!! I don’t know what’s going on because I used to be able to use the app perfectly fine before until this suddenly started. My account works on web so clearly the app is a mess. Such a shame because I love. Ult beauty😠😠

Customer Service is abysmal
Echoing other reviews - the Customer Service at CultBeauty is just appalling. TLDR: they lie, waste your time, run you around in circles and can’t seem to do the most simple things. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You have to sit through a useless AI Chatbot on Live Chats. Just to get through to an agent who seems to barely be able to understand or write English, or agents who will just straight up lie to you. They will tell you that they will relay information you have passed on - they won’t. You can ask if there is anything further you need to do - they will tell you no and a month later when nothing has happened, you will realise they have just completely lied to you and wasted your time. CultBeauty also has a distinction between Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards - which to me is arbitrary and shows the dishonest streak at CultBeauty once again. Gift vouchers and cards are usually interchangeable terms but when CB put on a promotion where you spend money to get a voucher, they at no point broadcast the fact that this functions differently for them.

A parcel shows as having been delivered, but this parcel has not been delivered but is yet to be delivered. Please resolve. Thank you.
Poor App
Updated App today 5/2/26 will not work or log in, company spoilt by app. Will uninstall if not fixed, it was brilliant before you changed developer.

App won’t open
Have been a loyal customer for years and used the app with no problems. Now can’t get beyond the “ Cult Beauty “ page. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Switched off VPN, switched off WiFi but nothing works. Very poor
App is so glitchy
I love cult beauty and have been using the site for years to get all of my makeup as the cult status system is super rewarding and there are constantly good deals. However, in the last few weeks I’ve noticed that the app has become practically unusable due to glitching. I really hope they get this sorted soon as loyal customers will take their business elsewhere if this continues.

The app won’t load, it just stays on the logo title page. I’ve tried deleting it and re downloading it multiple times, turning off my VPN etc but it still won’t work. Very frustrating when the website advertises app only discounts.

The app doesn’t load at all. I tried deleting and downloading it again and nothing just stays on the Cult Beauty screen never loads to view products. When you go to the website it offers discounts but only through the app. Ridiculous!

This app is completely unusable due to the amount of glitches and bugs. Pages jump back and forth. Can’t even scroll through products when you eventually get where you need because it jumps around the page every second.
