Love that when you look at a product and go back to the main list, it takes you back to where you left rather than right back to the beginning. No other beauty company ships as fast as BB. Sephora, cult, space nk, allbeauty, lookfantastic, justmylook.. they take up to a week or more. Shipping is super fast and impressive with BB!!! Own brand products are of an unexpected superb quality. And Klarna on offer makes this 10/10 for me. Thanks bb

Very good range of products, and the Hall Pass is absolutely worth it if you order more than a twice year! the only thing that bugs me is that the wishlist goes from oldest to newest, so if you add something new to your wishlist it's right at the bottom and you have to scroll all the way down. additionally it would be a lot better if you could filter in your wishlist or make 'boards' like other apps.
App stays closing
It won’t let the app open at all. It’ll open for a moment a short moment then close out automatically after. I tried deleting it and downloading it again but it only works for a little while then starts again.

The product range is limited and there are not very many popular products if that’s what your looking for a good system and nice layout apart from that tho

I love everything from this app, I’ve just started to get back into makeup & I find anything I need here, I won’t shop anywhere else. The only downside is how quick everything goes out of stock

They got rid of Tribe and points which was the only thing that made them better than other beauty retailers

i’ve bought from beauty bay quite a lot, they always have some sort of sale(s) on and there’s lots and lots of discount codes! sometimes, the payment can be tricky because i was stuck there for about 15 minutes because i hadn’t bought from beauty bay in about a year!! (it’s still very, very good)
No customer service
Always loved beauty bay have been using very often past years but there is no contact I tried emailing, post and their AI chatbot but no response please fix this this is very disappointing I tried to ask for a refund as my order was sent to a different address

Wishlist only shows a few items and not synchronised with the previous one on website.
So glitchy
I love that I can get British products and other foreign products as someone who lives in the US, but this app is constantly glitching. Anytime I’m scrolling looking at products it randomly brings me to the top with a whole new set of products that I’ve already seen or haven’t seen. When I try and add items to my favorites they never go to favorites, so I can never remember what products I want ( I have to write them down in my notes app ). This app needs a serious update because I love all the products they have, but I might as well shop directly from the brands for now.

I love beauty bay for the convenience but the app is so glitchy, I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times throughout the years and always have the same problem, I’ll be scrolling through the items and the page will suddenly just jump and completely change all the products into a different order. It’s annoying and random.
2 year buyer
Love this app, mainly use it for skin care. I LOVE the fact that they have GENUINE South Korean skin care. They also give you coupons in the box when you order sometimes!
still no delivery 5 days later
terrible they deliver with evri i ordered next day delivery and refunded this 3 days later still no update on where my delivery is it has been saying it will deliver between 11/1 today its now 9pm . 5 days later ! nothingggg im never using beauty bay again such a disappointment mate am ragin

This app was going pretty well for me before I realized some products they are selling are more expensive then getting the products from the direct brand.Take Tree Hut for an example; the sugar scrubs are more expensive here than getting it from the direct brand from AmazonThey’re like 17 dollars here yet from Tree Hut it’s 7 dollars. Don’t waste your time and make sure you search up the products before you buy them from here cause the price will probably be higher.

Beauty Bay is the only place I can stock up on my favourite Pattern shampoo and leave in conditioner for my curly hair in the UK (the ones I use are out of stock everywhere else!) so they are a lifeline for my hair! Nothing else compares to these products when it comes to nourishing my curls and fighting frizz so I’m so grateful to Beauty Bay for stocking them! I also got free delivery again (and 20% off this time around, which is a massive bonus at a time when money’s tight). Thanks so much 🙏😍
Return process
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been chasing this company to return a simple item for the past 4 days now and I have not heard back from them. I left a trust pilot review to which they lied stating they have contacted me and waiting a response. If you truly contacted me, why would I still be chasing your company to have my item returned? This is time consuming for me!! You have a not that is useless and getting in contact with a human is near impossible.

Stop using Evri!!!
I absolutely love beauty bay but I absolutely beg you to not use Evri as your courier! I’ve just spend 60 pound for the driver to just leave it at another address (probably). It’s been two days with no updates so I’m guessing someone has taken it. Driver never even bothered to come to my address. I’m starting a new career and desperately needed the stuff in my parcel and now I’m probably going to have to wait ages to be told it’s lost and either get a refund or a new parcel. Absolutely gutted and feel like BB could do better seeing as Evri is known for being unreliable. Honestly I would be happy to pay an extra couple of quid for Royal Mail or quite literally anything else. And just to add… yes I’ve search around my property and asked my neighbours. Driver pin pointed it at some house up the road which is quite clearly not my address, it’s not even difficult to find 😭
Used to love this app
I used to love this app, and I still love Beauty Bay makeup, but for some reason it won’t properly load my wishlist. The app now only shows around 25 products on my list when it says there should be over 200. Please please fix this bug! Really want to view/order from my full wishlist and I can’t. I can’t even open in a browser on my phone, as I tried two browsers and both just open the app.

Downloaded the app as promised 20% off (advertised on website). However this discount wasn’t provided - not applied at checkout nor was a code emailed. Also no option to change delivery choice away from most expensive option to a cheaper one but you can on the Website. Complete con! Don’t download this app, use website if you need to use this company.

I used to love beauty bay and probably still would but lately I’ve been having issues with the app. Most of the time it won’t load past a Blank white page, I’ve tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling it and turning on and off my phone and even updating my software and it still won’t work! You need to fix this issue asap!

Horrible app
Using the website is fine, but the app is just horrible. Glitchy, has issues with checkout and saving address. Issues with applying discounts. It sent my order to my previous address and there is no way to cancel! Just horrible overall. Customer service have been unhelpful. Not using beauty bay again, not worth the trouble it caused

When adding a new card it took a few times to authorise. Also I wish when I selected a new address etc it would be marked better as I just ordered to wrong address by accident
Recent Update broke wish list
Ever since the recent update I can no longer scroll through my entire wishlist. I can only see the first 20 entries, even though it says I have over 200. Please fix.

Love/hate
I have a love/hate relationship with beauty bay. They offer great sales, love it! (Especially on a student budget) but the site itself and the app are irritating. For example: If you are looking at lip products and choose “low-high” it’ll still display all the ABH €22 lip products before the €2 makeup revolution ones. As if trying to prompt you to buy them. The site is a bit unorganized in similar ways when it comes to product grouping and display. If you click on the “70%+ off” tab, it’ll still show you all the products that are 20% ect off too. Which makes grouping them into “20% off” “40% off” ect a bit pointless. Like I said, would definitely recommend it for the sales because they can be anywhere from 20%-70% off if you stay vigilant (better than a lot of makeup site sales out there) and they carry heaps of great products, especially if you’re working with a budget but navigating can be difficult and takes time and patience.

I’m so frustrated bc you can’t delete adresses or reset the default through the app . Now I can’t even cancel my order that’s going to a different city without depending on the emails being checked in time. Please fix this.
Good app
Overall it’s a good app, the main feature I’m missing is sharing the products. If I want to share a product with somebody else, I have to go on the website and share from there, that diminished the usefulness of the app overall.
Last minute charge added
My order was coming up as €48 all through the checkout process but when I had completed the order and got a summary, it was coming up as €55. I picked free shipping so not sure where this additional charge came from.
