Poor product UNREAL LIPS HEALTHY GLOW NECTAR OIL
I have purchased 3 of these. I had a replacement sent for one because it stopped dispensing product. This has also happened with the other 2 originally purchased one of which was a gift. I have not started using the one replacement sent yet but it seems likely it too will have the same problem. I am not happy about this. I note more recent reviews complain of the same issue. Clearly this is a product fault.

I absolutely LOVE Charlotte Tilbury products they are simply GORGEOUS, but I found paying for them supremely difficult!
Love this
I find the Healthy Glow best for my face in the summer months as it gives a natural glow and evens out my skin tone. This is important as I don’t put my face in the sun anymore. Thoroughly recommend.

Bad app, keeps logging me out
Really bad app. Keeps logging me out, when I try to get back in it won’t let me, keeps losing my data, makes me end up going elsewhere to buy Charlotte tilbury products as I can’t get into my own account.

Old mascara
Unfortunately I am disappointed here for I had received my purchase only to find the mascara was so old and dried out! I sent photos of the open box with all its contents and both mascaras were not good, so I’ve feel disappointed I’m Paying for only name n not quantity here . Not a good way to go

App is awful as is the site
Accepting US phone numbers is a pain and have to add +1 or it won’t accept. Had trouble adding my address too. First time using the very frustrating app and website.

I’ve been using brow lift taupe for some time. Unfortunately it appears to be constantly ‘OUT OF STOCK’ and I have been checking regularly for a few months……….. I would have thought that such a massive brand wouldn’t allow this situation to occur.

Try on funktioniert nicht
Eine schöne aufgebaute App. Leider kann man die Lippentöne virtuell nicht testen. Es steht zwar da, aber wenn man es öffnet gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Kamera zu öffnen. Schade. Einstellungen bzgl. Zugriff auf Kamera wurde alles überprüft und genehmigt, geht leider trotzdem nicht.
Keeps pushing an account
Didn’t really want the app, but apparently I had one…took an age to reset a password from an account I didn’t want…if it wasn’t a specifically asked for gift…I would have bought elsewhere
amazing under eye concealer
i can’t live without this concealer, a little goes a li g way when applied with a small brush i pat my under eye and eyelid if im applying eyeshadow too, it vans dark circles instantly and the little mirrored compact fits in the smallest of bags x
Unable to chat during tutorials!
This is this a horrible app because but the classes are great. I don’t know why they don’t know there is a problem with the app in the USA because you can’t shop for the products during the class and get a discount because it’s in pounds and wouldn’t let you buy anything and then you are unable to talk to the teacher. Please fix the app.

Good potential for Charlotte lovers but app constantly glitches, I can’t edit my shopping cart, the products don’t all show up when you click on the category, the colour also doesn’t appear everytime it switches etc…
