Can't get enough
I started using this app about 2 years ago and hated it, it was terrible, not friendly at all so I started buying on the website. This year I decided to give it another go and it's just right, easy to use, check orders, offers, points on my account, etc. I see why people gave it low ratings in the past but it's actually a great app now.
Love the company, hate this app
This app is trash tbh, always logs you out, doesn’t save your log in. Password reset doesn’t always work. Always tells you to update the app and crashes a lot.

Bad customer service
Be very careful shopping with them. If there’s an issue, something’s missing or your orders damaged, you best believe that they’ll do nothing. If you’re lucky they might give you a couple of store points. They close chat enquiries (the only way to access customer service) constantly without resolving issues. It’s a risk every time.

Customer service sucks
Their customer service really SUCKS, I placed my order 10 days ago, I paid for fast shipping, I checked the status of the order today and it still hasn’t been shipped, it’s still on “preparing product”, I think I got scammed tbh.

StyleKorean has all the stuff I need in one place and at a great price but good goblins the have is atrocious! I can’t even add to cart anymore, lags, crashes and logs me out randomly! Use the site until the app is smoothed out, no issues at all on the site!!!

Fix your ordering system
I’ve lost 30 minutes I’ll never get back trying to place an order. It is a Kafka-esque experience. You have to scroll to pick country and city and enter all your details even when paying on PayPal. Then after all that when you try to pay it says there’s nothing in the cart! You have to start all over. You lost my business and I’m deleting this cluttered annoying app.

التطبيق جميل ومنتجاته رائعة لكن طريقة استعماله يا إما صعبة أو أنا استصعبها ، أولًا كلما ضغطت الصفحة الرئيسية تظهر لي صفحة إعلانية ، ثانيًا طريقة البحث إذا أخطأت بحرف واحد باسم المنتج التطبيق لا يعرف ما أقصده ، ثالثًا طريقة إدخال الموقع صعبة الأفضل بالنسبة لي أن تدرجون خريطة ، فكرة المتجر جميلة جدًا ومنتجاته رائعة ولكن طريقة استخدام التطبيق غير سلسة للأمانة أتمنى تشتغلون على هذا الموضوع مع خالص شكري على خدماتكم الرائعة ❤️

Every time i put something in the cart and close the app, it deletes from it self all cart!! Very annoying!
Buffering too much..
Love the new update, but everytime I try to click on a section or shopping cart. The screen just keeps loading forever. Please fix this bug!!

Network issues
This app is soo laggy and the loading of the products are takes too long ! Lol u need to fix this right away cos how are u going to sale products when it take 25min to view the picture or the app? I want to order but its annoyed me how slow the app!

Tried to sign up and hit the resend verification email button yet no use. Waiting since yesterday for this issue to be resolved yet no use. I even tried to do it through the website but same situation. Such a shame because it seems to have great products. Deleting it.

I've used stylekorean for a long time, I like the prices and everything, but since they changed their delivery methods, I don't like it. DHL delivers super fast and very well, and now with UPS they ask me for a lot of things, social number and so on. Please go back to how it was before.
Great App!
I honestly have had nothing but a good experience from this app, everything is well-laid out, and well-priced. I’m sure it’s been updated quite a bit over the years, but now it’s one of my favorite app to get k-beauty makeup and skincare. Definitely recommend using it on a phone, not so much another device such as a tablet. The shipping from them is excellent, packing and shipping time are just stellar.

I pay 19 dollars for fast delivery. They put it there 5-7 days. It’s already 11 days. So don’t pay for fast delivery. Just get the normal one.
broken app
I love stylekorean! But their app keeps giving me a 502 Bad Gateway recently. I updated the app in hopes it would fix it but it became broken even further. Please fix the app!!!!

Horrible App Always Glitchy
App frequently doesn’t work correctly and won’t allow you to check out. I’d buy a lot more stuff if your stupid app worked! But I’ll go somewhere that knows how to program a functioning app.

As long as I love shopping here,everything is so affordable & the bundle is amazing! The only drawback is the app quality.It always logs me out and very laggy idk if it because many people use it or what. It would be amazing if I can shop without waiting for 5 minute for the app to start up.

I bought the James Welsh Round Lab beauty box that was available for only a few days. And it shipped extremely quickly to the U.S. I thank this company for that. I do wish the app could be updated to look more like a streamlined app. I was glad to support this business with my purchase. But please consider updating the app. It feels like a mini website. Can never log back in
They always log me out, have never upgraded to faceid. There’s no verification to reset password and no customer service. Good deals, but when things don’t run smoothly, it’s extremely time consuming and useless to resolve.

I really like the app for offering exclusive deals, especially for those who are obsessed with Korean skin care like me. I would love to see a wider range of products available. - My only suggestion is to upgrade and enhance the application’s speed to prevent slow loading, which can be frustrating.

I can’t check out on the app or the website
I like the site, store and their products. But have issues with checking out recently 10/10/2025. I’ve had success ordering and checking out but not sure what’s wrong with the latest update. I can’t check out. The keyboard doesn’t come up when I have to enter my address. I went to ask question on the chat box and same issue. I can’t find help. Is there an email address I can ask?
