Honestly cute clothes and advertisement but when it comes to genuine customer service and quality this place is rated 1 star; I have been waiting over a month now for my package that hasn’t moved in a week. I spent $300~ and only have gotten one of my items out of the six. That one item (skirt) I got had so many loose threads and lint that the skirt started shedding when taken out of the package. Highly disappointed, and also you cannot return or refund your items if it has ‘loose threads’ but that just seems sketchy, If I am paying a high price for these clothes I should be getting high quality; not clothes that are falling apart. I’d recommend research before purchasing here and not falling for influencer marketing.
good app but beware of clothing quality
their app is great and they have good sales on occasion. i just wish the quality of their jeans specifically were better 😭😭 i bought a pair and when they arrived they were like super thin.. ofc they looked great but i was js disappointed paying $70 for cheap material jeans 💔

Love the shop, don't love the app
Lewkin clothes are so cute and I'm def thinking about buying from them again, but the app is a bit of a headache to work with. It's still very much functional. Just hard to track orders, change settings (the app often shuts down when I try to open settings at all), and doesn't swipe and scroll very smoothly.

my package was marked delivered at a time i wasn’t home and when i got home i couldn’t find it, and there was no POD so I checked the security cameras. neither a delivery driver nor a truck had been at my home at the supposed time of delivery and I told lewkin customer service as such very politely and they simply said they would file a claim and it would take about 3 weeks. It’s not the time I have an issue with, it’s that they offered no compensation for my lost/stolen package and even implied slightly that I couldn’t find it and it was delivered. Clearly not because I have the evidence that a delivery truck did not even visit my home. Honestly a disappointing experience and, as a longtime customer, I won’t be buying from them again.
love but tracking is bad
I really like the clothes, theyre super cute and I love all the deals they have. The one thing that annoys me so bad is the tracking. It takes super long for your order to ship and the shop app doesnt even update. It takes about a month for my clothes to get to me and emailing them is no help.

Hard to track orders and doesn’t tell you where their really at or how long until they come. Takes forever to come as well even though it’s in California and I’m in Texas. I ordered it on August 1 and it finally gave me an update that it’s coming August 15. They do have good deals when they have a sale but still not worth the long wait or not knowing where your package is coming or at.

Clothes are cute and the site is fine itself but the shipping takes forever it’s already been a month since i’ve ordered and it hasn’t come it. The real issue is also they don’t update u often, but shipping rlly pisses me off bc it takes forever

I get SOOO many compliments when I wear my jeans from LEWKIN and always get asked where they’re from. I love the quality, DISCOUNTS, and clothing selection available. I’ve even received freebies like stickers and skincare samples included in my order! The delivery time is about 2 weeks and never disappoints!

So expensive :( I checked out the “Haul” section and I think all the videos are by people that got PR packages. Ik they are on other platforms like tiktok but I feel like the videos are hardly discoverable outside of this app…. they are sending pr packages for videos to only be discoverable on the app but price the (not many in number) existing users so high….;( I want to place an order rn, but my bank acc is holding me back… even with the discount I cant convince myself to buy $25 teeny tiny shorts;(
Return charges
I had to pay for my shipping Label, okay, but then they deducted an extra 9 dollars??? Whats the point in free shipping or paying for shipping if youre gonna lose that anyway? The pants were terrible quality. Overrated place
five stars if tracking was better
The quality of the stuff is really good, and the extra free stickers are fun, but the tracking is really annoying. You have to be very patient with the tracking, because first you have to wait for five days than it says package shipped. And once its the day when your package is supposed to come, it doesnt and in the tracking app it doesnt say that it had been shipped? And contacting is hard. They dont respond on instagram and social apps, and emailing is bad because its a bot responding to you without your questions getting properly answered. No effort with the contact. The clothes are the only things hyping this up about. Tracking makes me so mad.

This is my second time buying clothes on this app and My order was sent to a totally wrong address even though I put my address very detail. I've reached out through their emails and dms for several time but the company just completely ignored it and didn't reply back. I lost my money and got nothing back from them.
Cute stuff but shipping is hard to track
The stuff overall are cute just in the app there should be a option to track your order to be able to see ur order you’ll have to download another app. I wish u were able to see the tracking of the package in the app.
pls fix the app
it keeps clearing my cart and it’s so annoying. i love the clothes but it unmotivates me to look for the clothes again when my cart is cleared and it clears everything from my recently viewed as well. and the fact that it doesn’t show the different color options in the pics and only one. PLEASE fix.

i previously purchased clothing from the app , and the tracking wasn’t the best , it was pretty delayed. another problem with the app is that my wishlist doesn’t load at all. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling however, no luck 😭😭. the last problem with the app is that it doesn’t let me apply discounts even when my cart reaches the amount recommended. other than the app problems , i love love the clothing , great quality and decent prices & shipping ! i really hope they fix the bugs tho 🫶😭

Long time to get the Oder.
Extremely disappointed with the service. Shipping takes forever—about two weeks just to arrive. The return process is even worse; it takes another 1–2 weeks to get a refund, and they actually make you pay for the return shipping. Major fashion brands and other shops are never this slow. Lewkin is incredibly sluggish compared to the competition.
The tracking was not the best..
I ordered from LEWKIN for the first time after seeing all the cute hauls. The only thing that I was upset with was the tracking. The tracking was pretty behind and even when using the Shop app I wasn’t able to see when my package arrived. After placing my order it was confirmed and tracking said it would be delivered, I decided to email LEWKIN to see why I wasn’t getting any updates about my order after 18 days. But they were very helpful and the second time they said it would be delivered it was. I just wish that LEWKIN and the Shop app would be more updated with the shipping and tracking locations. Other than that I am very happy with my first time purchase. ;)
UI Problems
APP Review: I found the app difficult to shop on. When you click on a color style option, the actual color image doesn’t automatically appear. Therefore, you have to scroll through 10-20+ images just to see a specific color / style. When scrolling through the images, the ‘pop up’ is really sensitive and closes when I’m trying to scroll. This is really annoying because then I have to open the product again and scroll through 10-20+ of the images. PRODUCT Review: After placing and receiving my order, I found that the quality of the clothes is a hit or miss. Some of the clothes were good quality but others had ripped/loose threads and cheap like quality.
App needs help
Love the company love the clothes but please fix this app! I hate how when you click on the color for the clothes it doesn't automatically change the picture. Aka I have no idea what color coordinates with the picture because most of time there isn't even a picture for the color that is said to "exist"

delayed shipping
I ordered my clothes from Lewkin on November 12 and it was supposed to arrive today (December 7) according to Shop, which was already taking about a month. I did not receive anything and according to the shipment tracker on Shop, my package appears to still be across the country (it’s been in the same exact location for the past 3 days).
The sizing chart is weird
Ok first of all, I love the clothes and everything but the sizing chart is so weird. they don’t measure the whole thing and only measures half. For example, you want to know what the size is for the pants, instead of 24, 25, 26, you’ll see 11, 12, 13. I bought my first order not long ago and I just doubled the measurements to get my size but everything was a lot bigger than what was mentioned.

This order #23906 ,it already 14 days since I order stuff from LEWKIN but y’all haven’t shipped my order,I know that it normally took around 5-10 days to prepare the in stock item but it’s already 14 days and none of the stuff that I order is out of stock except for one item and y’all already refund and the first day so there’s no reason why y’all haven’t shipped my order ,this is the 3-4 times I email LEWKIN about the shipping for help and y’all don’t even respond my mail like y’all at least gotta let me know why the order haven’t shipped cause it don’t normally took that long and I’m really DISAPPOINTING with the LEWKIN services and help center I ASK FOR HELP MULTIPLE TIMES and I DONT GET ANY RESPONDED.I really need a answer why my order haven’t shipped and I really need my order to shipped now,PLEASE RESPOND THIS MAIL AND SHIPPED MY ORDER.
Love the clothes and app but wishlist doesn’t load
I’m able to see my wishlist on desktop, but for some reason, the mobile app won’t load my wishlist at all. I also can’t add items to it so that’s a bit of an inconvenience especially when I want to look at what I’ve saved so far.

Scam/delayed shipping
DON’T SHOP ON THIS APP. I paid over $130 USD on my order and it still hasn’t shipped. Waited over TWO WEEKS! I emailed for assistance for a refund, and still haven’t received any response from their team.
