UGH I HATE THIS APP
Everytime I go on the app it logs me out. Then when I try to log in it accepts my passport then doesn’t let me into my account. Then when I try to search up an item it has a fit. I look at one item try to go back or it might even click an item for me then take me to the Home Screen. ITS SO FRUSTRATING and nothing loads. I’ve used this app for years and it’s never done this. So angry
Buggy
Almost unusable. I’ve tried to check out three times and keep being signed out, then decided to scroll through typo to see if there’s anything else I wanted to grab, only for the page to load three seperate times and then sign me out again.
Glitches
Constant glitches Will be in a section browsing - put phone down for a moment and the app resets taking you back to main page.

There’s a glitch on activewear, every time I select ‘active shorts’ it says flashes through 5 blank screens then says error. I then select ‘active tops’ and it takes you to a page with 2 sets of underwear and a bikini top ?? This has been an ongoing problem for months now

Honestly the worst shopping app I have ever dealt with. Tell me why my cart is empty, but only once I actually press on it? I have spent the last I don’t even know how long on putting up with the repeat of: add my TWO items to cart, app tells me they have been added, seeing the number 2 on the cart icon, just for it to say ‘cart empty’ every time I press it. And to add, only ‘girls’ and ‘unisex’ options to gender filter baby clothes? And even after I pressed unisex, it still gave me nothing but bright pink and flowery clothes until I scrolled for no joke 10 minutes. My little man deserves more ‘boyish’ clothes, and his mumma deserves to be able to select ‘boys’ when specifying bub’s gender and trying to shop in a rush.
Such a useless app
I’ve never had so much trouble with an app in my life, my rewards are never on my account I have to search for them in my emails and keep screenshots because they disappear from my app. Nothing ever loads properly, it logs me out all of the time and when I try and sign in it has 20 issues and won’t sign me in. I have to reset my password all the time because it won’t save the new password. Not recording points on sale items is ridiculous and such a scam. When there are sales on the app it won’t show up on items I add to my cart and I have to go onto the webpage version instead. Gives me codes that the app won’t even accept when it’s for the app. Absolutely sick of this app I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have the same issues and they have had the same issues for years now and don’t seem to care nor will they fix it. Shouldn’t be this hard to shop online
Logging in
Absolutely the most frustrating and time consuming app of my life. I try to sign in to collect my perks rewards and the app continues to tell me that I am incorrect when inputting my password. I have now reset my password FOURTEEN times yet it still continues to tell me that I am incorrect.

Worst shopping app!
This app is horrible. It’s horrifically glitchy. The search engine doesn’t work. Whenever I try and search for something. It suddenly opens about 20 tabs of the same thing over and over again and I have to constantly swipe out of it. It also randomly deletes my car or logs me out. It specifically always logged me out whenever I go to place an order so that I don’t get any of the points with perks. This app is so frustrating and hard to scroll on you’re better off using the website!

My username and passcode is not working
I am trying to add things to my bag online (I normally shop in store) but it is asking me to check my username and passcode and I go through it in my details over and over again but it is not working so I am unable to order things online please help me someone? Otherwise I love shopping in store at cotton on best shop ever just a bit new to doing it online.
Lagging and lots of bugs
Can barely use it. Constantly going back to the start when you try to go back after looking at an item. If you get out of the app it gets stuck trying to jump between pages
This app needs to be updated
I love cotton on and I always use the app but it was incredibly glitchy always logs me out won’t show me my purchases on the app and I struggle to checkout through the app at times my points glitch.

I’m in yr 9, not trying to sound like a pick me or anything but there’s not inclusivity going on for smaller ppl skinny and short 2xs is still a little big on me the skirt and shorts and pants slide off my waist, it is really hard to find things my size and the way I like it so please try harder

ANNOYING BUG!!!
It is constantly, and I mean constantly, doing security verifications. I can no longer navigate the app it literally pops up for every page you open and sometimes goes on a never ending loop of verifying??? This is recent so hopefully it can be fixed.

Login issues
Every time I open the app I have to login again. I’ve tried many different devices and accounts, still the same problem. It’s an annoying waste of time when trying to pull up my perks card at checkout. Surely it’s not hard to fix? Otherwise, the app is great. Just that one big problem.

The app is so easy to use … too easy … I always end up adding extra items! I love their combined brands in the one app, I get to see things I might not have if I was physically shopping and visited only one store. Vouchers are easy to add to the cart too.
Sucks
Every time I open the app it signs me out and it gets exhausting cause it has always done that. Also it’s having issues and not letting me sign back in all of a sudden so that’s great. After I reopen the app while in search it also lags and opens like 50 new searches and I have to reset the app to then sign in again. Fix ur stuff cotton on
horrible log in option
The app is generally good in terms of the catalogs and for its shopping purposes, but it will not let me sign into my perks account, the activation email doesn’t work and has no link to activate it, and the password reset email also doesn’t work, when you click on the link it redirects you to the app and then a notification pops up saying “no view controller is registered for path ‘com.cottonon-in-house://navigate?screen=setNewPassword” It is really frustrating and your checking out process is also quite annoying, since everytime u go out the app for 2 seconds it resets the whole process.
Stressful
It keeps refreshing. One minute, it sees you signed it, next, “you’re not a rewards member”. My cart disappeared and it loaded my cart from months ago! First time completing a purchase vis the app was so stressful - just when I was entering my card details, the loading screen of death appeared and I was stuck in limbo for a few minutes, wondering if it charged my card. Thankfully it did not but this was unnecessary. Never again.

I am upset
The app is really frustrating. Sometimes my gift card doesn’t work, and when Im viewing a top on the site and click the arrow in the corner to see the other tops I get sent straight back to the home page and have to search all over again. Plus, when I cancel checkout because my card isn’t working, my shopping bag disappears it's just ridiculous.

I love love love cotton on and the clothes, but this app man. This gotta be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Things popping up and refusing to let you continue shopping. My whole cart just disappears. You’re literally better off going into the store most of the time. If you’re able to check out before you get too irritated though the app is great cause they sometimes have things the store doesn’t carry. Also when the sweat pants don’t have pockets on them they should be at least a little cheaper idk

Find the app frustrating, every time I go to use the app without fail I need to log back in again, persist the login details or the expiry is far too short

why is it still glitching
bro this app keeps logging me out every time i exit and enter, its like a surprise each time. its always glitching, going through the pages multiple times. big ah corporation but cant even fix these glitches? fix ur app.
Glitchy
Anytime I try to use the app when I go to the cart it loads payment options forever. Also if I try to remove items from my cart it won’t allow me to do so and if I close the app it completely logs me out. It’s simple to shop on but frustrating to edit your cart and Apple Pay never loads for me.
Cart issues
I’ve looked everywhere on the app to log this but for sometime now if an item in your cart becomes unavailable you can’t remove it and you can’t proceed to purchase the remaining of your cart that is in stock - really frustrating The speed of the app when searching and viewing items is amazing however

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst app ever to navigate. Signs me out constantly and flicks through several pages when generally scrolling and hitting back or new searches. Has been like this for years.
Needs fixing
First time ordering from cotton on. I went to “my purchases” and nothing pops up! I don’t know if it went through and is on the way or if it just took my money.
some problems
the app must’ve recently had an update, and it’s caused me to get logged out of the app after almost everytime i use it! it’s just a little annoying having to retype my details constantly. it’s also a little glitchy in general! and pretty please let us add our perks card to our apple wallet that would make my life so much easier. partly because half of the time that i need to open the app to get my perks card out at checkout in stores, the app has locked me out and i need to stand there for a while logging back in 😭 all round it’s just a bit difficult

I downloaded this app and it said choose your country but there were no countries it was a blank white screen white just that text… every one is right just use the website dont bother
