rewards program
Should implement a rewards program so when you purchase items you can earn vouchers to use on your items you buy I just think this would be a good idea as you’ve already got an account but aren’t currently getting any points when you use it

App works great :)
Good app, I’ve purchased from it multiple times and there’s been no problems. When you go on to the feed part of the app it does reload a bit but apart from that it’s a good app for shopping online 👍🏼
App rarely works
Honestly it’s easier to just view it on a web browser. The app rarely works 90% of the time. Constant bugs saying no Internet connection and to ‘retry’. I close and open the app a few times and the same error message always pops up.

Log in every time you open the app
I love Glassons and I love the app, EXCEPT every time I open the app I have to log into my account again, even if I go off the app for 1 min. This is really annoying please fix xx

It’s hard to navigate it’s always glitching especially when I use in store it freezes so much when I try to use true barcode
Good but needs improvements
As someone who spends all of their paycheque at Glassons, I love the concept of having an app where you can add to your wish list, purchase items and also scan items in store to check if they stock your size. However, there are a few problems. It never lets me register gift cards and when I want to pay with a giftcard I have to do it via the website instead of the app. The app has crashed a few times but given the amount of items they post on there everyday I really can’t complain. I would still recommend this app a lot but be warned that you will end up buying everything as soon as it comes out 😭🫶🏻🥹

The app looks great and functions well apart from constantly logging out of my account. I'm sick of typing in my email and password almost every time I want to use it! I have no other issues except for this and I hope it is resolved soon as I'm always on the app!!!

hard to use
Every time I use the app there’s always so sort of glitch that happends!! whenever I click on an ideas and press the back arrow and it loads endlessly,I always have to scroll off and come back again. Don’t think it’s my phone but i’ve always updating the app and there still many glitches. I just end up using the website it’s so much easier

The worst app - just go on the website- so buggy and just exits all the time after scrolling down one page, extremely frustrating

User friendly, easy to navigate & browse through categories or searches. Easy checkout process & order confirmation was prompt & clear. Fast shipping – 2days, well packaged, product is accurate to the description, colour & image advertised. APP HIGHLIGHTS -Afterpay/Laybuy -Scanner for size availability in stores (very cool) -App sign up discount - Wishlist -birthday discounts -Record of past orders (mine dates all the way back to 2015!) -search by size IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED -automatically load discounts/promo codes when at the checkout -stay logged in after closing the app - stop ‘helpful hints’ pop up after the first appearance Overall very happy, great shopping experience, great app and great product!!!
Doesn’t work
I can’t even select any items to look at, it’s like the apps only purpose 😅
pls update
the only problem with this app is that when you’re scrolling and click to view an item, when you go back it takes you back to the top. it should take you to where you left off on the page as now i have to scroll through hundreds of items to get to where i was again

I really love the clothes and how easy it is to use the app, meanwhile it still looking so stylish and trendy, but for some random reason, clothes that just came out disappear on the app, no to be found just a few days after they came out. 😞 Not very happy about that 👎
Search doesn’t work
I just updated to the latest version to look for a pair of trousers and the search page doesn’t work at all! Good work with the update! 👍🏽

so the new update was exciting but now i can’t check all the orders i’ve made in the past still such a slow app at least the notification button is useful
Discount doesnt work
Downloaded it to get a 15% discount and the discount code didnt even work. Waste of time
Fix the cart
Would be 5 stars but I’ve been trying to remove something from my cart all day and it won’t move from my cart so will not be purchasing till it is fixed
Use the website or in store 😭
I was checking out but then didn’t want to continue at the moment so I left for another app and it kept kicking me back into the app every 2 seconds 😭 please fix. I had to delete the app to get it to stop. It was so annoying do not recommend downloading, the website was much better.

Eveytime I press on “My Orders” it just crashes and takes me out of the whole app.. a little annoying buts it’s a new app, to be expected 🤪
lots of bugs !!
i love glassons so much, however this app is not it… it glitches a lot! it doesn’t scan gift cards, crashes a lot and doesn’t let me go back and forth when i am browsing (it scrolls all the way up when i click something and go back to the menu). i do like the minimalist layout the app has going on a lot - if there were no bugs i would rate it 5/5. however this definitely needs fixing
The App Doesn’t Work
In all seriousness i was pumped for the glassons app, opened it up, made an account etc- all was well and good then the app crashed and it has not ever loaded since no matter how many times i refresh, redownload, turn phone off and on. fix da app and my rating will go higher !!
Not at all ready to be live
- I get ads to download the app, while in the app 🥴 - I can’t check out because the fields to add first and last name are required, but not editable - those fields ^ apparently pull the details from your account section, but my first and last name are already in the account section and not being used - when a discount code is applied, it shows the adjusted price for each item, but the total order value remains unchanged - worse experience than using the website - side note: why do retail stores think people want an app? I only got it to use a discount but it’s unusable anyway. Waste of time.
Code not working
I love the app but it says when you download the app you get a 20% discount on an order instore or online. The discount code appears in the “My Discounts” section on the app but then when I paste it into the code part to use it when checking out it says “Sorry, that discount code does not appear to be valid”, I have never used this discount code as I only just down loaded the app. What a shame it doesn’t work! I love Glassons though

Not Usable
Discount code provided if you download the app, but the app kept opening and wouldn’t let me close it or switch to another screen, couldn’t even turn my phone off to fix it because the app kept opening in my way. The only way to fix it was to lock my screen and then turn the phone off - also triggered the emergency alarm sound from my phone without me doing anything! Immediately deleted.
Annoying glitch
Every time I view an item and press back it takes me back to the very top of the page so I have to scroll back to where I was every single time. Its enough to make me stop browsing

I’ve been loving the app the last few days but I keep get this “502: Bad gateway” message when I try to log in.
This app caused my phone to malfunction…
This app unfortunately caused my phone to completely malfunction. After I downloaded it, the app just kept popping up, I was unable to close it. It even made it difficult to do a hard reset as it kept popping up on the screen. :(
Great vision, just needs some bug updates!
It’s much easier to use the website but I really like the concept of the app. There are a few annoying things that can be improved though: - when I am shopping and add something to my bag/wishlist and continue shopping it restarts from all the way to the top of the items (meaning to go back to where you were you need to scroll all the way down again) - the app randomly closes/exits - it still has products shown that are fully sold out
