Clothing is terrible quality. I got stuck with a $900 credit note and it has been a struggle to purchase anything that I can keep, I had to result to accessories and socks. Every mini dress is sooo short, clothing is poorly made. The app reflects this, so glitchy and always having issues.

Needs updating
I buy a lot from showpo but this app needs a good update, I purchased a dress on 12th Feb and was delivered. I need to return it but the app is still saying it’s been processed for delivery and nearly a month later I still can not return it. I have deleted the app and updated it also.
Good. but could be better
The app doesn’t sync with the email address. If you checkout with the shop app all purchase history and credits don’t update on the app with your email address. The items in stock are not as accurate as on the website as well.

Wishlist Won’t Save
I’ve been a big fan of Showpo over the years! The new version of the app, however, will not save my wishlist, which wastes a lot of time. I’ve saved numerous items to my wishlist (validated at the time that they saved), but upon next log-in I get “your wishlist is empty” I do confirm that I’m logged into my account before shopping & have tried multiple times now. At this point, I’ve given up because I can’t continue to spend that much time saving what I like only to have it cleared out
Not great when you need help
While the app it self is great for shopping when you need to contact someone it seems impossible. When you hit the contact tab it will take you to shop for shoes instead. Also, I returned 2 items over a month ago and have still not received my refund. But there seems to be no way to contact anyone.

I love the app, but...
I recently discovered Showpo, and am super impressed with all the cute clothes they have(and for reasonable prices)! I haven’t ordered anything yet, but I was in the process of checking out when the app totally glitched out! All of my favorited items and anything that was in my bag is now gone and it says that I haven’t added anything. It’s not a huge deal to me(the clothes are still there lol), but that might be something for the people on tech to look into!:P

not even to do with the clothes, purely the app 😅 showpo updated their app and now it’ll only let me add less than 20 things to my wishlist otherwise when you heart things, it’ll get rid of other things you previously added. it won’t save my account info or anything and i keep having to log in.. was planning on looking here to buy soon but it’s a waste of time. used to love browsing on here 🥲
Clunky when you click to next page
I very thing with the website is good except when you click to a new page, it doesn’t automatically scroll up to the next page.

Fix the app
Update: despite updates the app is still broken, same issues as below. I was told to use their website instead to mitigate the issues which is just ridiculous for an e-commerce business. If you have an app and it has issues, FIX THEM. This app has been broken for MONTHS. It makes for an extremely frustrating shopping experience. These are the problems: - I can't access my og wishlist most of the time (it will show there's a wishlist with items in it but then will say it's empty when I click) - When I try to unfavourite items from the og (broken) wishlist an error occurs and the heart becomes greyed out which means... - I can't add those items to my Collections folders which are the only lists I actually can access and also... - I keep getting more and more 'All' folders every time I create a new Collection and I can't delete any of them! - I also can't use Apple Pay or Paypal in the app You launch a rebrand but still don't iron out the kinks?! People other than myself have been complaining for months and nothing has been done.
Lovely clothes
I love all of Showpo clothes; I just wish the skirts were shorter for girls that are 5’0 and under. Moreover I wish the clothes were not super expensive and could have for instance more $15 tops!! If there were more discounted tops for sure though I would had definitely bought more clothes!!!
Can’t see orders
Because I placed the order through my phone with an Apple ID account I now can’t see and check in on the order I have placed. Anytime I check the orders tab it gives me a loading page and then times out saying invalid token access? I just want to know when my dress is coming
App freezing lately
LOVE THE APP! But lately it’s been freezing every time I’m browsing so I have to shut it down and re-open again.

Glitchy and can’t return items
Terrible glitchy app (comes up with error messages) and can’t refund. PayPal and Apple Pay refund method don’t work. Forget about getting your money back, because it’s near impossible to submit a return. Not sure if this a deliberate tactic by this company to make returns near impossible. Will not be purchasing from this app or company again.

Can find a lot of variations of the same Item. Pretty nice shop. The only thing is not all results appear. You find more beautiful Items as you select pieces and see the recommended.
App doesn’t load
This app is horrible. It crashes and never loads so it’s essentially unusable.
No discount for using app
Why do showpo coupons that say if you use the app you’ll get a discount? They don’t work. Also, by signing up for emails/your first purchase only getting 10%off if you spend over $100… that’s not any deal … 10% is small enough and should be on ANY FIRST ORDER.

Since the latest updates to the website and app all of my wishlist items have disappeared and my orders aren’t even showing up. I want to do a return for an item but cannot because apparently I haven’t made any orders. Please fix these issues
Good but price doesn’t always show up.
The app is great bar a few minor bugs. For the likes of sale items when you look at it, it only shows the full price and then it’ll change when you go to checkout. It’s a shame because you miss out on sale items thinking that it was too expensive.

Disappointing shopping experience
ShowPo really needs to work on its customer service. Like other reviews I was promised a discount and never received it. I used the chat to find out about it and felt the customer service rep was condescending. (I was told I wasn’t eligible for that discount for whatever reason - despite showing them screenshots from ShowPo) I finally found the code, without their help, while digging through my store profile. I then tried to return a dress and was not able to select a return method which was odd. Again i contacted the chat and the customer service rep took 10mins+ or more between replies. Again i felt the tone was condescending. After a frustrating back and forth where they were getting me to clear cache and asking me to use a different browser, they eventually told me that I had missed the returns window so the system can’t process it. WELL… The system shouldn’t let customers go through the returns process and then leave absolutely no explanation why they can’t go through with the return. ShowPo need to work on their customer service and user experience

Worst sizing ever
Shopped couple of times and ordered different sizes following the sizing chart but they’re all incorrect. Very disappointing as the products look high quality but never fit correctly.

I love showpro full stop. The clothes are beautiful and they have great sizing options for those of us that aren’t 25 anymore. The delivery is exceptionally fast even for FREE delivery. The clothes are boring but gorgeous and the quality is great. Keep up the good work guys 😘😘😘
No exchange policy
Very disappointed with the customer service team. There should be an exchange policy for last item sale as well as long as there is size available. Too strict policies sometimes the whole showpo team have to think about satisfy and help customers as well. Some dresses are not true in sizes. Very misleading!!!
