Makes my phone hot
This app makes my phone heat up everytime I use it for more than 10 minutes. It starts lagging, it’s slow to process and move through the pages. I like their clothes, but the app needs work.
whiplash of quality and slop
This app should be better for what it is. The search option ultimately fails along with the filter options. You will ask for a dress only with sleeves and suggest halter dress options. You select the ‘going out tops’ tab, and two scrolls down it gives you a dress. It unfortunately reeks of lazy setup and organization because an application’s structure differs from the website, that I will say, is completely proficient and has none of these complaints. Pick your poison: a website that can be laggy on a phone or an application you cannot search well on. This app works best when you already know exactly what you want from their selection. Overall the source is good, this version is disappointing.

they’re so flexible with returns and shipping, they have the cutest dresses and clothes will great quality for SUPERB prices. they’re awesome, totally recommend
Will lose your info
Tried to give it a shot for the discount. I tried to process a return and it lost all of the information and now I can’t get in contact with anyone from customer service. Also shuts down randomly. This app is unneeded and has turned me off from PP

Fix it please
Princess Polly used to be the easiest app to navigate. However, with the newest update it has made it almost impossible to use. My wishlist shows zero items and yet when clicking on it, when it does load, it’ll be the laggiest thing and take ages to load or scroll through. Items liked will just disappear and it doesn’t even matter because I can’t even access it in the first place.
Not enough details in the Reviews section
Why doesn’t this app have photos in the reviews section or what size customers bought? On the web it shows it, but not the app-_-

princess polly has always been my favorite & the app has always functioned seamlessly. with the newest update, ALL of my favorites list have no items in them. the app is constantly slow & lagging & doesn’t save any of my newly favorited items. super upsetting because it takes so long to scroll through the categories due to loading & then nothing even saves???? pls fix so i can start to check the new arrivals like i used to :(
Good app, but needs to show photos in reviews
I really enjoy the user friendliness of the app, but have found myself opting to use the website browser solely due to the fact that the browser allows photo reviews. If the app would allow for this, I would switch to only using it. Very unfortunate and seems like a simple fix. Please add this feature!

This app was always so easy to use but now it takes forever to load and it literally heats up my phone to the point where I think it will blow up. Princess Polly please fix this Yall use to be my favorite app to use!

The layout/products are great.. but please, for the love of god, let people add their measurements/pictures to their reviews. I don’t feel confident buying your somewhat expensive clothes, when I don’t know how it fits or what it actually will look like once received and I can’t compare the size i’m going to get to someone else who has a similar height/body type as me. The review section is useless if all the reviews are “omgg so cute!! i love it” .. I can’t don’t trust that.
Amazing Update
Just logged on to see that the app has been updated!! Such a sleek re-design, so much easier to use. Built with the consumer in mind - love shopping on the app.
Weak
Pictures of clothing do not load. Search keyboard does not go away after typing. Online is much more user friendly!!!

Poor customer service
Within 30 days ago, I made a purchase. For almost two weeks I have been calling and texting the customer support number trying to get my questions answered about my return, because even though he the code I was given to bring to a return bar says I’m still within the date to return, every time I call an automated bot answered and tells me it’s too late to return my order, and then immediately hangs up. Very frustrating, and I can’t get on the phone with an associate to get help or answered because even when I call on a weekday within hours the same bot picks up.

FIX THIS APP PLEASE
i love princess polly, but this app is a mess now. it used to be so easy and fast to navigate through the app and now i am lucky to scroll down once and it not take 2 mins to register that i just scrolled. it has moments where it will just freeze and then close the app itself. it’s made me not be on the app as much to be honest because it is so frustrating to try and look at anything. please fix this app to what it was so i can continue being a customer!

NEVER EVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN
The app itself is decently made, but I bought a pair heels from them and two days later one of the heels broke in half I was going to wear these heels for an event, they’re pretty much unfixable The quality is terrible. I had to cut one of the toe straps so my feet would fit and the material is less shiny than on the website. I will never be buying from them ever again. And I can’t even return them because I got them on a final sale

I’m just upset that all the cute clothes that are on sale are all sold out. I can’t find anything on sale in my size, there are Literal crumbs left for us. And I’m plus size so I already struggle finding cute clothes so it is tough to see all the girls snatching up all the cute finds when I just got here.
Not great UI, missing features
As a SWE, the UI for this app is muddled and incomplete. Items are missing “size & fit” sections, for example. Features are difficult to find. Ugly that clicking the description opens a new window and that it’s plain text. I don’t think this app was finalized on release.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU ARE CANADIAN
I downloaded this app because I was prompted to when I went onto Safari to visit the website. However, when you are on the app, you cannot change your currency to CAD (which you can do if you are on the desktop version). I didn’t know this prior to my purchase and ended up spending $70 CAD more than I had to, had I shopped on the desktop. The app is fine, but there are still bugs (i.e on a certain page, it said “Hi Full Name”) and it clearly does not accommodate Canadian users. If you are going to shop with this company, do it on the desktop version, it will save you money.
Prices in USD only?
I can confirm that the prices are indeed listed in USD and have not found a way to switch them to other currencies, so even if it is easier to browse on than the website, keep in mind that the prices aren’t in CAD.
