most difficult purchase of my life
it took me to several third-party websites and asked me multiple times after I denied it for my biometric debt data to verify my identity just to purchase a water bottle that should be available in stores but because they’re shipping processes are currently delayed most stores don’t have the product that they promise within not a 25 mile not a 50 mile or a 75 mile radius, products aren’t available within 150 miles of major cities. So we come online to try and use the app to get the product that we’re looking for. We decide to pay extra for shipping and it takes us 30 minutes just to check out. ridiculous.

A little annoyed
I love using the app and I’ve never had any issues but I’m now ordering my third pair of shoes and hopefully they get it right. I’ve gotten two pairs of the wrong shoe. I’ve been doing this since before school started trying to get my kid his school shoes…

The app itself is quite nice and easy to use. Browsing products and finding items is straightforward, and the overall design is good. Unfortunately, my experience with ordering was very disappointing. I ordered a top almost two weeks ago, and when I placed the order, the estimated delivery time was 3–5 business days. I understand that delays can happen, especially during busy periods, but the order status remained “Preparing for Shipping” the entire time with no updates. I contacted customer support to find out what had gone wrong, but I never received a clear explanation. Instead, I was repeatedly given the same response and eventually only offered the option to cancel the order. Since there seemed to be no progress, I decided to cancel. Overall, the app is great for browsing, but my ordering experience and the lack of helpful communication from customer support were frustrating.
NEW UPDATE IS HORRIBLE
App constantly shuts down or restricts access for no reason. I spent an hour shopping then was told I was “clicking too much” so they just locked me out of the site! Like what a joke! Do you want my money or not? I was a GOLD member for 3 years!!! and ever since the new rewards program and new app updates shopping here has been the worst experience ever. Less rewards, less incentives, terrible shipping times, horrible customer service and a trash APP AND WEBSITE. I liked shopping here but this store app and site has made me shop elsewhere simply for having such a horrible app and interface. It’s honestly sad and annoying just fix it or I will keep spending my money somewhere else.

First Time UO Shopping Experience
I received a 15% off code to apply to my first purchase, but it doesn’t seem to work. Kinda disappointed, but I still will submit my order for the item I am wanting to purchase. I hope this is not a normal occurrence with the inability to utilize your promo codes.

Terrible customer service and terrible policy
I haven’t even received my order yet and I’m so frustrated with this! I ordered sneakers on a Thursday that I wanted to wear on Saturday. So I payed $25 extra for express shipping ! Then I see it says my package is delayed and won’t be here till Sunday! So I try to talk to customer service and they tell me Sunday isn’t a business day for them. What the hell does that have to do with anything I don’t care! I told them I want a refund back for the shipping price and they won’t give it to me! Then I had to deal with a virtual assistant that took forever to even get me a real human to talk to!never ordering from here again!

dont get me wrong i love the clothes, but when i got the app (i have no uo near me) no matter what i do it glitches to this blacl screen i cant access my account or anything on the app. very frustrating. i did everything to restart my phone deleted and installing the app. nothing worked. please anyone fix this bug
Terrible app
It was so hard to actually buy anything on this app. It wouldn’t accept my address and kept selecting a random French address instead. It doesn’t allow Apple Pay or pre populated credit card details so everything had to be typed by hand. It froze several times.
rubbish customer service
when your parcel being stolen, they will refuse to help you and will not let you buy clothes from them. when u try to buy again they will cancel your order

Fix the pick up option
I love buying things from uo bc they have so many unique pieces but the store locator is constantly buggy, there are often promotions when you purchase through app but the in-store pick up option seems rarely work out for me since I couldn’t locate any store nearby…
