No points when downloading app, adding birthday or details and email function and WhatsApp function does not work either.
Add more low rise, jeans and jeans shorts
I just think you really do need to add more low rise shorts and more low jeans like please bring back those overall the rest is great and had more sets

Not enough XXS-XS
First off, i love their Hollister and their drops every Thursday. I am a gold member and i spend money frequently on hollister. Great quality as well but there are two main issues. One issue is that every-time a popular item drops, the XXS and XS get sold out first. Now i know it is 'First come serve' but why is it only those sizes that sell out fast? Why do we have to wait 2 or more weeks, sometimes MONTHS to wait until they restock? And even if they restock, the item is gone in those sizes again within the same hour. It is like buying front row concert tickets. Another issue is that we always see the same colors over and over again. Black, navy, and white, and pink. I think we should have more vibrant colors like orange, deep rich purple, royal blue, ect. I would love more colors so everyone isn't stuck wearing the popular nuetrals. We should all be different and wear different shades of clothing.

i’ve been shopping at hollister for quite some time but now all of a sudden there seems to be a bug. it won’t let me shop on the UK store anymore only EU and i have tried EVERYTHING. i’ve redownloaded it, deleted all its data, logged onto the website and nothing works. Please fix this ASAP.

I ordered tops from Hollister around 2-3 weeks ago, while they were discounted. I’ve just finally been notified that they’ve sent my tops back to the sender for no reason, they’re refunding me and I can’t even purchase again because they’re sold out

The app only works if you fill out all this useless personal information. I am trying to purchase items I was sent through text link but nothing will come up when I click because there to worried about information that has nothing to do with buying items. Garbage

I love shopping at hollister however the app wont allow me to login to my account or do anything with my account everytime I try to sign in it accepts my email and password then takes me back to the app loading page and back to sign in again

The app literally cannot let me log into my account, whenever I try to log in it kicks me off the log in screen and it keeps doing it repeatedly , whenever I had a problem with logging in last time it wasn’t this unbearable and it was easy to solve.

I shopped at the store all the time. so far the app has been very easy to navigate. I’m also able to look at points. Great product pictures.

App keeps crashing! It’s saying my password is wrong. When I got to reset password it’s giving an error message! I even tried to go to their website and it’s giving a white screen with an error message???

Overall, it’s a good app for shopping. I frequently use it and I love the clothes that hollister make so I am often buying from the app. it could just be more efficient but it does the job
Do better
I order a couple things off this site let’s just say they’re shipping process is horrible. I’ve been contacting customer service. They said it’s gonna come one day and then it doesn’t come because they forgot to put things in my order. i’m trying to access the reward system and it’s not showing up on my account. I’m very disappointed since I’ve hear amazing things about the site😢

I think its unfair that i cant use this app because i have an old phone (iphone 7) My other phone broke so now i have to use this phone I really wouldve of wanted to buy clothes online because there are no hollister stores in finland :/ Was the update really necessary.. i saw from the other reviews that this dumb update makes the app slower and laggy or something like that Are you serious LET PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE IOS 18 USE THIS APP TOO!!!! unfair
It’s alright
This app is quite good. I personally love Hollister but I hate the fact that the seagull logo is never on the clothing anymore 😢 I really liked it because you know that it’s from Hollister. Also I have the app on my iPad and phone but with the iPad it’s a bit annoying because it’s in the shape of a phone and so it’s a bit frustrating at times but overall quite good

hollister has really nice and i ordered some clothes, hollister cancelled it and it took too days to resolve hollister told me to re order but by the time i re ordered my order was out of stock and i had to get a different colour. i dont think its really that fair which is why i gave 2 stars.
