love it
i love Evry Jewels sooooo much!! They always have the cutest jewelry and are always caught up with the trends. The only thing is that i wishhhh the brandy earrings in gold came back in stock i've been wanting them for months and still can't get them.
Horrible.
Besides ok jewelry that tarnishes after about a week, horrible customer service and shipment tracking.

Too many notifications
I love this app and it is the only app I will buy jewelry off BUT the amount of notifications you get after opening the app I absolutely ridiculous. 27 notification all within 10 minutes, several coming at a time. Most of the notifications say the same thing. From what I’ve noticed you cannot turn the notifications off which is really frustrating.
Amazing!
Evry Jewels is amazing. My boyfriend once got me a necklace that had my initial on it. I have bought from there lots of times I have a Lover Girl necklace somewhere but I don’t know where it is lol… but I may think about purchasing a new one because I remember it being so good! Definitely buy from here sooo worth your money!
Horrible experience
I used to really love Evry Jewels, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Nearly everything I’ve purchased has broken after a short time, which was frustrating considering how much I liked the designs. I reached out to customer service multiple times by email and was told to file a warranty claim. I submitted the claim several times, but never received a response or any resolution. What makes this especially disappointing is that when my original order arrived late, customer service responded quickly and even gave me store credit, which I genuinely appreciated. It feels like the quality of both the products and the customer service has declined over the months and years. I really wanted to continue supporting this brand, but after multiple broken items and no follow-up on my warranty claims, I can’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.

The jewelry itself is beautiful and I want to love this app because it’s easy to use but it have lots of bugs. I’ve been trying to make a purchase but it’s not loading and i’m trying to checkout but it won’t pull up. I have been trying for over a few hours giving it time to reset but that dosent seem to work.
My fav jewelry brand but LAGGY app
I love this brand. I only buy my jewelry from EVRY and it never fails. I buy their waterproof stuff and they haven’t tarnished even after months of wearing and getting it wet. Even when I got a couple pieces that came broken/tarnished, the service was quick and helpful to give me store credit (I had free warranty added to checkout). HOWEVER, the app itself is quite frustrating to use. It’s slow to respond and really really laggy. I can still order like usual but it takes much longer than it should.

Lost in mail
Sent one bracelet separate from order and it got lost I have not received it. The silver earring are peeling and no longer waterproof.

Cheaper than in-store, even with shipping. I’ve been having a problem checking my cart for over a month, I want to see what’s in my cart before checking out but it doesn’t let me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
Reliable and Amazing quality!
Their waterproof collection is amazing quality and the BEST price. I’ve only had a couple pieces break (non-waterproof collection) but they have 1 year warranty on everything so if it breaks or even if they ship you the wrong item, they give you store credit or send you a new product within days! Incredible customer service! Be careful tho, you might have to get some more storage for all the cutie jewelry you’re going to get here!!! 🩷 You’re hot ✨
Buggy
The app picks and chooses whether or not it wants to let you view the item or add to cart. Half the time you can’t even navigate because it doesn’t register you’re trying to click something. Sometimes closing the app doesn’t even work
Good jewlery
Their jewelry is super cute and comes quick, I don’t recommend ordering custom jewelry because the eta is never accurate for custom items. Shipping information isn’t the best either, not descriptive on where ur package is. Quality is good and the app is perfect, just wish they’d work on shipping info on their site and custom accuracy.

I was trying to delete stuff out of my cart but I couldn’t find anything I can only look in check out and have to delete the app if I want to delete stuff and make a new acc.

The jewelry itself is pretty decent. I’ve bought off of them a few times now and I had enough points to take off $9 so I hit the use points and it took the 9000 points from my account but never put it towards my cart while I was checking out. The app has also glitched and not let me in quite a few times in the past few months.

NEVER order from here
I recently placed an order on this app for a few necklaces and a bracelet and came out to about $30 and I was super excited to receive this order but the thing with the address is you can’t just place type in your address and it’ll show up you have to select from multiple addresses and I thought that I selected the right one because it only came up so many times and it ended up being the incorrect address and that address that was selected did not exist, and I didn’t realize that I did not have the right address until the day that the package was supposed to arrive I emailed and reached out to this company and they were incredibly rude and refused to refund my money so I am out $30 and no necklaces or any jewelry do not ever buy from here.

App constantly glitches and makes it hard to add and remove things from cart.

App is having issues and is always slow. I tried to checkout today and it only shows a white screen, it won’t let me access my rewards etc. App needs worked on but other than that love the brand and jewelry!!

Might be a bug?
I really love the jewelry and once i made my first order i went to order again but now it is trying to make me pay for the package protection and 1 year warranty. This wasn't a problem with my first order as i was able to remove both of them but now it's become a big problem as whenever i try to ex it out it comes back or it multiplies. Im not sure as to why its doing it but its not letting me remove any of it. Please fix this!!!
The letter Q
I really love this store so five stars but I’m little disappointed that they don’t have a Q in an Adore me necklace because I think it would be really cute. I love this I made about 2 purchases so far because that’s when I had time to purchase but not being able to have and Adore me necklace with a Q is sad it’s not a negative review it’s a suggestion

I’ve ordered from evry Jewls multiple times, LOVE THEIR JEWELRY. I placed an order April 15, they are using an app called “ shop “ for tracking. I got no updates on my package until April 28th, saying it finally shipped out. Today on may 12th the tracking has changed, it now says “ you shipping label has been created. I’ve contacted evry Jewls Support multiple times just to talk to AI bots who can’t help. I’m assuming my package is lost yet they aren’t saying anything. Worst customer service ever. I’m honestly so disappointed I’m never ordering again.

The jewelry here is amazing, but my package took almost 2 weeks for it to arrive instead of 2-4 business days. Also my app recently has been only on the cover page where it says “Evry Jewels” and it doesn’t load the app at all it’s just stuck like that. I’ve tried updating the app and restarting my phone, but nothing helps. Please fix this. Other than that, I love this brand
Can’t even use the app
I love the jewelry and I’ve ordered a lot in the past,however, the app won’t even let me add anything to my cart. I wanted to take advantage of the sales and finally get some of the new launches but I can’t even order anything. It has been doing this for about a week now for me so not sure what’s wrong

I ordered x2 earrings, x2 necklaces. The first necklace was accurate and the second looks nothing like what i ordered which was frustrating, the rest was fine. took two days to arrive

scam company better off ordering shein
Wasted 15 days of my package “being lost in the mail” and telling me they couldn't reship it bc what one item in my 30 dollar order was sold out. I asked my friends and they all said the same thing happened to them when they tried to order through this app never wasting my money here again, also no customer service all AI bots that respond to email faster than second with no one reading them.

my order was separated then i never got half of it.
hi so long story short i bought a charm bracelet, about 11 charms, 3 necklaces, one nose ring, and one pair of earrings. i got everything except one charm, and 2 necklaces. i ordered on the 28 of November. i still have yet to get my stuff and part of it says delivered yet it never was. i will say i use a post office but i talked to the lady and she had no packages for me. i’m just really upset because the online support hasn’t been able to help me. i will say everything was 50$ so it’s not a huge loss but literally 4 of the charms are broken/ have gotten lost already. i was so excited for these things too and now i just feel like ive wasted my money. i also understand it’s christmas time and there were probably a lot of ordered but at least they could reach out.
Phantom order
The app is actually good but unfortunately I signed up to it, straight after making my first purchase. I have a record of the order from Afterpay but I have received zero order confirmation from Evry Jewels. I can also see they have refunded a chunk of this purchase without any explanation. When I enquired, they said they had found the order but it was the wrong one! They found the order I purchased a week later, that was already on the app. Pretty frustrating. I will also add that I made the first purchase on the 30th of March. The second order was the 5th of April and only 3 out of about 10 pieces ordered have arrived. 4 of these pieces are custom orders, so they will understandably take longer. I’m sure they will be worth the wait but where is my original order? EEK!

I waited a month on my package to arrive just for evry jewels to say “your package is lost”. Also i was only refunded a partial amount in store credit because of something from their end. I ordered my package through the app and was “supposedly” suppose to have package protection added into the cart. According to them it should’ve automatically been added into the car, but was not there. Nor was there when I looked it up in the search bar on the app. I don’t understand how they can take my money and I receive no merchandise. THEY WILL SCAM YOU, PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!
