Bad shopping cart save
Do not like that you don't save shopping cart. Very difficult to make sign in. Had to re do order several times, got locked out trying to make password. Not user friendly at all.

can’t favorite a specific item color/type
got the app to save items. a little nick-picky but you can’t favorite a particular color of an item. I love how fp has a lot of colors/options, but if you can’t actually save the ones you like then idk the point.

Not really good experience
I really don’t have a good experience here. Over selling the products also the promotion code is not working properly. This is my first time order here and will be my last one,too. If you keep doing like this you will lost so many customers.
Login needs Work
Typically, I love the FP app. However, your recent change to eliminate passwords and implement a generated code for login is completely sub-par. The codes I received while trying to login and make a purchase were all invalid. To be specific, 4 attempts to sign in, generated 4 codes that I received consecutively were all “invalid, ” causing me to get locked out of the app and therefore unable to make my purchase under my account.
Downhill Trend
It seems that the prices here keep going up and the fit and quality keeps going down. There were a few items i was looking at today and one I had in my bag but read the reviews and decided against it. Very disappointing.

Nothing comes close …
I have been shopping pretty much exclusively w FP for years & have always loved the unique style’s & integrity of their clothing .. I mean nothings perfect in life there is always room for human error - but I have never had anything come to me other than exactly what I ordered - I’ve never had an item delivered that was used , wrong color , size etc .. Not to say I won’t have my turn but their clothes r definitely my jam .. Lots of love to FPEEPS especially those behind the designing 💟

I like the smooth listing-to-product detail - nice not to reload the page and quickly fly back and forth. Opening the filters though didn’t work - I didn’t stick around long enough to wait - just got a blank screen. Filters in sports section could be more helpful to refine by activity type

Still unique clothing but I’ve been sent the wrong item, wrong size, worn item, defective item, etc so many times I really don’t know anymore about this brand. Read the reviews, im not alone!

Shopping in US wasn’t what it was like in the past. So sick of the overwhelming difference in charges that reflect on my account after ordering due to paying with a third party service like a credit card or Paypal. They will always charge extra as a service. Tip: If you want the exact charge on the app charged to you, shop in USD on a Wise card. A Wise card is only $10 and reloadable direct from your bank account. (Not affiliated, just used Wise for 5 years now) I always loved shopping at FP, especially back when free shipping applied to Australia. With DHL, it was at times faster than parcel post. Please bring back FREE SHIPPING FP!
Frustrating ordering
Ordered pair of trousers which I received on time and very pleased with them. Decided to order 2 more colours of same.. I was offered free postage by signing up to emails. Was sent promo code but then website crashed. When re ordered again would not accept code so ended up paying for postage even though I had previously been given code.
It’s OK had issues
It’s OK had issues with freezing wish there was more information about sizing. I wish there’s more reviews with pictures. It’s really hard and times three people can run really big early small
A refreshing brand with style!
I am all for comfort and tried and true basics, but so many brands all look the same lately. I love that FP has pieces that are unusual and unique. And they have things for many body types and ages. I am 47 and feel like I could wear at least half of the things they have. Give me pattern and ruffles! Give me slouchy, off the shoulder sweaters and sweatshirts! And the layering…. Perfection!

Needless Difficulty in paying
Tried to pay by PayPal four times “ooops” wouldn’t go through. Tried to pay by credit card by the time I paid one item had gone out of stock. Tried again later and it went through by credit card. I hope it’s worth it!!!
Frustrating
FP shows items as available and allows you to add them to cart, only for when you checkout to say they cannot be shipped to the UK? Cannot fathom why they don’t change this to not show you things that aren’t available in your region. Annoying. Also most things are overpriced for mid to bad quality.

Impossible to sign in or input code
Why can I not sign in ? Took so long items got deleted from my bag . Verification Code they send you does not work says it’s the wrong code and it is not . Had to buy as a guest took me nearly 2 hours to complete wouldn’t let me pay pay pal and Apple Pay didn’t work .
Gorgeous designs but app has bugs
Been shopping at Free People for a few years and have been very much obsessed with their pieces that are just so comfortable and one of. kind. They ship relatively fast to Australia and their range has been copied far and wide by boutiques for their impeccable timeless styles that cater to a different range of tastes. I live away from the city and being able to shop here anytime and score great prices is just so amazing. The app has been good but many bugs in the past year. Hey FP, please fix your app and maybe let the wishlist be functional again.

I wish their parcel collection would work
I live in a static caravan at present, while waiting to move into a house. I can’t have parcels delivered to the caravan site. People who share letter boxes can’t order either. That’s a lot of people. I have desperately tried to order off Free Peoples website using different browsers, the collection option doesn’t work. I deleted the app, reinstalled the app. Making sure I had the latest version. I made sure that my location was enabled on the app. I tried putting in the actual postcode of a shop that accepts click and collect parcels in my area, as well as the postcode where I live. I also made sure that the item I was buying was available for quick delivery. Nope, still didn’t work. ASOS ( the ASOS parcel collection is really slick) Boohoo, Urban Outfitters all have working collection options. I contacted Free People support, the collection option worked once since. Not good enough! In IT you have to tell it what to do. Free People your IT are missing something.

9/10 I get to check out and my contents can’t be shipped to my address in LONDON, England!! Why on earth is it on there then?! Also, Free People resolution to issues is shockingly poor. Brings the entire brand down. Tacky. I’d say one of the worse out there

Fairly user friendly
Love free people but I think there app could be more personalized and give the option for a regular visiting customer to have a personal profile for sizing and fit for styles & types of clothing…

Edit feature
Address edit is a pain in the arse. Really. And I love your clothes. So close to dropping the order.
Great but needs improvement
Excellent app, just needs some minor adjustments. When changing the currency it often reverts back to USD. When you go to change it back and continue shopping, it automatically takes you back to the original homepage and you lose the section you were previously looking at. Would be great if it would stay at the point you left it (eg half way down looking at ‘sweaters’ when clicking on another section of the app so that when you click back on “fp” you can continue shopping instead of having to find the same spot again.
