Easy to use, beautiful app
Glitchy. Doesn’t load
You guys really need to get rid of all the videos of clothes. I don’t see why it’s necessary. I’d rather a working app than a “vibey” app. They offer “20% discount”from first order off the app and it never applied. While we are at it, the 14 day return is insanity for a company that is “elevated” and offers “higher quality” items. No returns except store credit on Black Friday, etc sort of sales. Never seen a company not make proper returns off their Black Friday, Boxing Day sales . Seems shady.
Feature I want!!
Good app. One feature I would LOVE is the ability to organize my closet!! Work clothes / going out / comfy

The quality is not bad and it’s very expensive. Why would they get a sweatpants? For 100$

the app is slow, takes 15-30 seconds to respond to input, sometimes interprets scrolling as a click/press, overheats phone, basically unusable.
Feature Request: Outfit Styling and Virtual Try-On
It would be even better if COLSET could add outfit styling and virtual try-on features. Being able to see how different pieces work together and how they look on the user would make shopping much easier and more enjoyable.

I had such a great experience shopping at Aritzia! The store was clean and organized, and the staff were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. The quality of the clothing is amazing, and everything fits really well. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the checkout process was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

9 times out of 10 when I get on the app it glitches, logs me out, clothing pictures aren’t loading

This app has consistently frozen my phone, making my phone useless for a few minutes. This has been happening for the past month so I’ve switched back to browser and deleted the app.

quality and size is great i always buy my hoodie bigger than true to size just because i like them baggier. i just wish you could add things to your closet that you bought before the app existed and stuff other people bought for you.

Change rooms
Desperately need secure doors, curtains are now comfortable for women, and we should have the choice of looking in the mirror in the change room or out in the open…. I keep hearing women making the same comments however it feels like nothing ever changes. It’s been like that for years and I know so many people who won’t shop there because of that. I read the comments on TikTok‘s and Instagram and every everybody says the same thing but nothing ever changes. I wonder if anybody ever reads the comments I’ve even been asked to lock my purse up before going in and other women, complain of men be back there. It’s just not a environment. That is very inviting to women especially in today’s day and age. It’s just unacceptable.

For the past month or so. Whenever I try to use the app, it freezes and shut down my phone. I have offloaded the app and then reloaded it, but I’m still having the same issue

It’s great but few areas need work
I wish that the closet area could have an option to delete clothes we don’t use/own anymore. I’ve returned a couple of things in the last few moths and it’s still part of my digital closet for some reason…
Functional but Small Font and Small Pictures
The app is functional but the font is very small and thin and hard to read, and the pictures of the outfits are also very small. If you’re new to the store and unfamiliar with their styles, it’s hard to get an idea of their vibe and what they sell. Very hard to see any details on the outfits when just scrolling through tops for example.

I don’t know how this app has such high reviews honestly. It’s incredibly buggy and hard to use. Photos don’t load. Finding clothing in stock in nearby stores is next to impossible.
